I brought my Epson fine art printer into be serviced and Ryan was great about trying to replicate the problem and figuring out the solution. Going to Spectrum also save me hundreds of dollars compared to other places. I highly recommend them!

We needed to get my mom's old classic IBM Selectric III typewriter fixed. She still loves to use it since she bought it many years ago to have the same typewriter as she had at work. Not many places can do this kind of work, but the Spectrum people fixed it well in just a few days for a fair price. The people were friendly and efficient. I understand they provide some more modern services as well. 😀

Absolutely fantastic service! We brought in my teenage daughter's Flea Market find - a 1940's typewriter to be serviced and cleaned up. They were so nice and friendly when we dropped it off - explaining what they could do and that they would call when it was ready. To my very surprise, that was the very next day. Absolutely top notch and would never hesitate to reach back out to them for anything! Thank you so much again!!

Great experience with Spectrum Business Systems on Front Avenue in St. Paul. I am not a computer guru so it's always a headache having my computer looked at. Kathy and Ryan at Spectrum were fantastic. They fixed my computer in a day and were very affordable. We had a vintage typewriter repaired for our daughters 6th birthday. They not only fit us in their busy schedule, but did an amazing job cleaning and repairing it. Spectrum consistently goes above and beyond to take care of their clients. More than once Dave, Ryan and/or Kathy has jumped in the car to come fix our system. Today our power went out and fried our router/switch thing. We are an all computer based veterinary hospital and can't operate without computers. Within an hour of calling they were onsite with the needed part. Absolutely the best!!

Brought in a vintage Hermes 3000 typewriter to be looked over and couldn't be happier. They did a wonderful job looking it over and getting it running smoothly and effectively. They then took the time to go over some features of the typewriter that I didnt know about it. Great customer service and great experience overall. If you have a typewriter that's needs to be looked at, this is the spot to bring it.

I highly recommend Spectrum Business Systems. I am a student and not knowledgeable about computers. They helped me update/clean up my laptop when it began to run slower, gave helpful recommendations for external hard drives and were great with answering all of my questions!
