My Mom & I visited T-Mobile to start a new contract with the service & move from Verizon. I was very hesitant at first to do the switch this weekend because I simply wasn’t ready to switch yet.

However, T-Mobile gave me a very reasonable cost. Very, very much so. Not to mention my mother & I having the ability to trade in our phones. That was a tremendously helpful thing her & I were able to do!

We really, really appreciate the staffs help & their patience with us at the store. I would like to recognize Trevor for his incredible help & the time he spent with us!

I had great service, Darrell is a fantastic guy. Answered every question I had. Has a wonderful attitude.

All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! They answered all our questions, and explained things so we could understand them.

I cannot comprehend how this store is still open, the customer service here is appalling, the sales associates are pushy and try to get as much money as possible from their customers. Not to mention how utterly rude they are, this customer that was in the store was approached and loudly asked if he had “a problem with any of us” in a very aggressive way. All I wanted was to upgrade my phone, and after two hours of waiting was told even though I was eligible for the upgrade, I’d need to pay $400 plus buy a separate charging block and cord for my new phone, when a price was never mentioned the whole two hours prior as it’s an upgrade. I will never be back and I recommend going to Rockford or Dixon if you need a good T-Mobile.

Watch out for this location, MANAGER is a total scammer! Told them the service did not work, they strung us along until after the locked in date. I went in to talk to the manager and he threw me out because I was unhappy with my service not working. I did not get loud or belligerent or anything. Corporate said he could give us an out due to service not working. He said he just was not going to and had me removed. Now we are suppose to pay for service that does not work at our home for 2 years. BEWARE!!!!!!

was lead on for four hours with a guarantee of a free upgrade just to be told thirty minutes before closing that I’d have to pay a bit over $500 to walk out with the phone in hand. Scammers and absolutely ridiculous.

MANAGER IS A SCAMMER, do not I repeat do not go to this location, save yourselves time and money & go to Rockford or DeKalb, place is ran by a bunch of clowns that do not understand how to run a proper business' smh....

Manager cussed me out. So i left and cancled my t mobile plan and switched to verizon.

Don't believe anything that they tell you, should have just stayed with Verizon.. ..

Do yourself a favor and just go to the Dekalb location. The customer service here is horrible.
