We bought our above ground pool from them. Very informative and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and help us set up an installer. They are great with letting us know what we need to add with the water testing they do. All in all I recommend them 100%.

These guys have been around forever and are a tremendous resource for pool knowledge. Special thanks to Jack who helped me on Saturday to figure out a small part I needed on a pool filter I've had for 14 years. The have everything you need, prices are fair and they really do go above and beyond to help you.

Johan arrived on time as scheduled as the spa tech and was very competent and in a short time diagnosed my problems and fixed my spa which now runs perfectly. Its nice to finally have any service person who really knows their stuff and he does and his assistant was very helpful as well. I will also not that Dave who sold me the spa is equally good and when I call with my issue he was happy to address it. So, the sales and service side really did their job which is why I am a repeat spa purchaser. Thank you both for a job well done.

This place is great. For the last 35 years, they have been a great source of materials, information, and service. Their prices are better than Amazon and they can actually explain things. Although they didn't install my pool, they have installed a gas fired heater, chlorine generator and done repairs. When a city street fell down, they came and replaced the liner in a timely manner with professional and congenial staff. Next year I will have them install a "loop-loc" cover to make closing easier.

I went here to buy a hot tub. They have a great selection and price. I am 6-6 so the one I wanted I didn’t fit. The staff took time to help me. They are amazing and honest. I recommend this company 100%

clean, organized and the only pool store that had what I needed! staff is friendly, they are adhering to state guidelines...masks, limiting customers in store. line was long-ish but moved quickly. Staff and customers working together to get in and out quickly and safely.

Recently purchased a pool from Monarch. They did a wonderful job communicating with me as we were expecting delivery and helped with a work around due to an unforeseen supply chain delay. Pool delivered when promised and everything was in order.

My gunite pool had a leak, so I contacted Monarch which I use for all my pool chemicals. Their repair team hands down is the best in the business, found where my pool was leaking and told me exactly what was wrong. Had to wait on a part for a few days thanks to the pandemic. But once I got the part, Monarch sent the repair team back out to replace the part. The technician's were very professional and had it repaired in no time. If you serious about your pool Monarch is the place to use. The cost of the work that was done was not over priced and affordable. Thanks Monarch Pools!

Great store. Really helpful if you have a pool issue. Ask for Chris he is the man when it comes to setting up your pool or spa! Definitely recommend going here, will definitely go back again.
