They are very professional, and willing to negotiate the prices significantly. The quality is good, and the man that worked there was nice enough to wait for my husband to come even though it was after closing time, so I could make my decision. We bought two rugs on a great price. We originally just went to look around and ended up buying two bc of the prices and quality. He even let me take the rug that I wasn't so sure and try it at home without any problem and next day I went to exchange. I got a new foot rug as well with a discount. He also gave us discounts on both big rugs. He helped us to fit those two big rugs in my tiny car. The owner is a great guy. This store has re-upped the carpet game to another level. They have all kind of carpets many sizes carefully arranged. They have a 14 day return policy where you can try various colors to match your house no questions asked. Great customer service!
