I contacted Grande Ronde Embroidery to have some towels embroidered for a wedding. They did a quick and excellent job. When I went to pick them up, I found the owners to be kind and genuine. They asked about my family and through our conversation, gifted two beanies to my children. The quality of the embroidery was excellent, but truly the customer service experience would keep me coming back.

This business did a memorial project for our family. Barbara did a deep dive into researching the correct way to embroider a flag, found the perfect font and got the job done on time. Not to mention her kindness and consideration for our loss. I highly recommend this business!
