AT&T Store

I am a commercial property manager, and I needed to come into a physical store to add a service on one of my commercial lines. I had been getting the runaround for many months and I came into the store and met the wonderful assistant manager named Shelley. She was able to stay with me the entire time in the store and get me routed to the correct people and I was finally able to add this service. Not only did she help me with my situation, but she was the most delightful employee I have dealt with in a very long time. I highly recommend the location on Euclid Avenue in Willoughby and ask for Shelley.

My husband and I came in to AT&T to get a new phone and we had exceptional service with Justin. He was patient with all the gadgets we needed and wanted. He also helped us set up our new phones and help me pair my Apple Watch to the new phone. I would recommend this store and Justin to work with

The representative Courtney was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind and helpful. I am a tourist visiting Ohio for the second time and she understood my struggles on getting a prepaid sim. She was very patient in explaining different data plans. I felt very comfortable and at ease.

As soon as I walked in the door I had someone walk up to me immediately and ask how they can help and how was I doing that day ! Amazing service. My issue was resolved. I was able to learn some stuff on fiber internet from the sales rep Anthony. He even drew pictures so I would understand ! Thank you At&t

Quick and easy, got right in and right out. Jessica was awesome and very personable. Definitely was not the headache I was expecting.

So Justin at AT&T helped me today as best as he could. I’ve been here from 9 AM to 2 PM and back again from 5 PM until now which is 630 almost an hour after he was supposed to get off of work that being said Shelley and Alex, his coworkers were helpful as well but what was frustrating was Google really stuck it to me I have a faulty phone I took it to a Google outlet where they determined it was unfixable, but I cannot get a new phone without returning the old one which puts me in a position because I check my diabetes with my phone and my Cleveland clinic connections are only on my phone. I do not own a computer, so needless to say they would not make any allowances, and they would make me wait 10 days without my phone, so it puts me in a position where I may have to find a new provider and back out of my contract, which really is a pain in the butt because I am in a bundle with my Internet that being said, I want to emphasize the hard work that Justin and his team put in for me and because of that, I’m gonna do everything I can to stay with AT&T because I was extremely impressed with the help that was extend it to me today even though I didn’t get the answers from Google that I wanted and with that I will say thank you and I will update you in the future.

There I was stuck in a predicament... keep my old phones or upgrade. Be a slave to a payment or free of the burden. Do I sell my soul for unwanted notifications but ease of information? Greg and Anthony said the answer was yes. Typically the hassle of keeping up with modern phones annoys me. Yet Greg and Anthony made it a painless and dare I say enjoyable process. From having the phones my families little hearts desired in stock to trading in my old phones. Great customer service all around, from the start to the end.

Shelly was extremely helpful during my visit. I stepped in the door expecting to wait for some support but she immediately came to help me. I was able to leave with a new phone without any hassle at ALL!! Thank you Shelly !

I thought my screen was cracked on my iPhone. Turned out it was just my screen protector that was cracked. I was very satisfied with the help "Justin" gave me to fix it, replace the screen protector, and the answers he gave me for the questions I had pertaining to it. I give him a "5-star" review!

I came here to get info transferred from my old phone to a new phone. It took about 30 minutes and employee Anthony was helpful & friendly..

Justin was GREAT! He helped with the phone transfer and got my Apple Watch connected to my new phone when I was having issues. Super personable and talked Baldur’s Gate 3, which was super fun.
