Labcorp at Walgreens

I found this placethrough my health insurance and was a little nervous at first because I saw some both good or bad reviews on Google Maps, but when I got to my appointment the frontdesk and nurse were very polite. Sorry I don't remember the name of the nurse who drew my blood, but she was very sweet.

Amazing experience. The phlebotomist is a lovely woman who knows what she is doing. Took my blood and did the other tests very quickly and without causing any pain or discomfort. Even if I’m quite far from this location, I would come back just to have her draw my blood if there was a need for it.

Advice to management: maybe make the restroom in the lab a bit more patient friendly

Fast, convenient, and easy. Got my results the next day both times I've gone here for blood work.

Today I was denied service at LabCorp in Hialeah because I refused to sign a consent to leave a credit card on file for them to charge me as they wished. I told her that my insurance always pays for their services and that a credit card should only be collected if there is a balance owed.

I wonder if the person I met with yesterday, December 7, for asking a question regarding a blood test and who treated us incorrectly and without ethical and professional principles, should be working in the laboratory caring for patients, I don't know who he is. name but I gave the manager the information about what happened and he does know who the woman is, people like that, without desire to work, without ethics and education, should not work with patients

Don’t take your baby to draw from this location. Only one phlebotomist in the Lab. She was terrible. Extremely rough with my child. Picked up my child by the shoulder and lifted her up, could have taken her arm out of place. Then, she held her arm downward so roughly that it could have bent backwards completely. She made my child cry before the needle was even presented due to her lack of respect and extreme harshness. TERRIBLE..

Horrible service. Don’t go to this lab as the Phlembotomist does not know her job description and always states she doesn’t know what test tube goes with the lab requested. As well her excuse is we don’t do this lab test here. Here name is teddy. This is the second time I go to this location and totally waste my time. Her response was go to the labcorp of 49th street as they can draw your blood there , “they take walk ins”. Mind you I made this appointment for that location with ample time. It’s seriously frustrating.
