I cannot recommend Ethan and Christian at T-Mobile highly enough. They went above and beyond to assist me with a complex situation, and I couldn't be more impressed with their expertise and dedication to customer service.

I had a problem with my phone, couldn't turn it on or open anything. The t-mobile store in Latham was able to open it and recover all the date. I highly recommend them for doing a great job.

It was busy but great staff and very helpful when it was my turn.

I visited the Latham TMobile last night and the service their was impeccable. I needed to transfer my information to my other phone. It seemed to be taking longer to transfer the information. I was getting impatient. But Robert was professional, patient and was talking me through every step. While he was working on my phone, and as customers came the store his coworker Frank kept that professional, courteous atmosphere with every person. They both are knowledgeable in their work and give 100%.They would give each other encouragement every time. Those are definitely team players. I give them 5 stars. They do need a raise for outstanding service. Thank you!

The employees were very down to earth and polite. They were accommodating and very genuine in their attempt to help us save money, which was our goal walking in. I'm satisfied that we are saving $100 a month switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Customer service was great.

Great customer service, never have been more happy with a switch before. We brought our own phones in and switched out of Sprint who we had been with for over 10 years! My family love the data speeds we are receiving. Not to mention we have gotten Netflix now too! Swapping phones have never been so easy compared to Sprint. We've only visited twice so far but the Manager and store associates are very welcoming. I would recommend this store and anyone who is looking to switch over with T-Mobile!

I just upgraded my iPhone and I had the best experience possible. I was able to get the power source for the new charger, and they even put on my screen protector for me. If you need a phone and the goodies to go with it, definitely check out this store.

The guys at the T-Mobile in Latham were amazing! We had such a good experience there. They were easy to talk to, extremely helpful, and nice to work with. We had terrible customer service experiences when we went into the Troy AT&T and Verizon stores, which made us not want to do business with them. I’m so glad we decided to give the T-Mobile in Latham a try!

Celeste at the Latham store is awesome! She's so pleasant and always helps me no matter how small the issue is she'll go above and beyond. T mobile needs more like her!!! Unfortunately, I recently found out that she is now at another store, good for them, but not for us. She’ll be missed.
The reason for me writing this is because I feel customer service is so important it seems that now a days it’s hard to find. I’m in my 50’s and I find that as I get older customer service is not as good as if I was younger and that is very sad,but she did not make me feel like I was a bother or an idiot she was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and like I stated before went above and beyond.

I worked with a guy named Steven, great experience, friendly , customer service was great! He helped me with all my concerns and answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect plan for my family and I. Only store I will go to for now on.

By far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Honest, professional, patient and willing to take as much time as is needed to work with you. Maurice and Jorrdan are the BEST! The Latham store has been the best, most consistent customer service experience my family has ever had! They go above and beyond to assist you, regardless of how small or large the need is. This will always be our store! I highly recommend this location!

So today I'm here at the T-Mobile store in new louden rord and this is my 1st experience since I have had my cell phones and the girl here named is Inez is a really helpful and friendly person and it seems like everybody in the store is very helpful they are very good really appreciate everybody it and I just want to give them 5 stars I wish they had more stars so I can give them more and more.

Mo and Craig made the switch from boost to T-Mobile perfect and easy, these dudes are relatable laid back polite and still get the job done. A very human experience I heard this is what T mobile is about .
