MARTIN was very professional! Done what a true technician would do research test and repair all the time being after 5 o’clock missing supper with his folks and taking care of our refrigerator! Within two hours we had ice again woo hoo! Thank you again MARTIN did an awesome job

They set an appointment for me between 8 and 5 for washer repair. I canceled another appointment I had so I would be here. They were supposed to call 1 hour before they got here. I called them at 4 and they assured me they were coming. I waited until 5:15 and called them back. After much confusion they told me a technician had never been dispatched because they didn’t have enough technicians that day. I requested they come early the next day but was told they would have to reschedule for the next week. I would receive no consideration for the terrible service. They couldn’t even understand why I told them I was calling someone else.

Horrible experience! Called and made an appointment to diagnose my dishwasher. They showed up and told me what was wrong, so we went ahead and set it up for them to order the part and do the repair, paid in full. The part showed up 2 days later and they never showed up for the install appointment. Called and have been on hold several times, I finally had to go to my bank and dispute the charges, so please don't make my mistake and call these people!

I called the number to see if I could get a part and Immediately there's a recording trying to make me take a survey .I Immediately knew this wasn't the company for me .if you want to truly have good customer service have a real person answering the phone right away .I'm offended that you think you can make me take a survey before you will even talk to me .
