This postal service need a parking lot for his costumers, but some times the service is wonderful.

Always in and out plus the clerks are always nice..

No parking lot. You have to park on the street either on the same side or across the street. The of the 3 other nearby post offices, Plainfield on Watchung Ave and 2nd Street and Scotch Plains on Park Ave also lack a parking lot. But Fanwood PO on South has a small one.
This PO just west of Leland feels like you are visiting a jail because all the workers are behind bullet-proof glass. Since it is small, if you are lucky and it a time when no one for few others are there, there is no wait.

What happened to the other lady that use to be here? She was so much nicer, and definitely more people oriented. They have a new person, and she’s not the nicest at all! I dread coming here Becuase they are slow and notice that people that people cut the line, but say nothing. She has attitude and just the way she says things she can try to be nice about it. I hate how much things have changed, what happened to people being nice? To be courteous.

Mail carriers leave rubber bands on my property, mail gets soaked when it rains, does not always close the mailbox, do not try to deliver letters needing a signature just leaves a note for me to pickup (I have been home when this happened)

How do you return a package with an address listed on it. They need new management. Service was better before the change.

My experience today was terrible !! First i walked in and there's people with NO MASK waiting in line !!!! Picking up and sending items , second when is time for my to come forward the lady (post office worker ) told me YOU CAN'T send THAT box your are not allow to use DUCK TAPE AND TOLL ME I HAD TO BUY CLEAR TAPE FROM THEM AND RESEAL THE BOX .... walked out when over to the FANWOOD POST OFFICE AND HAD NO PROBLEM SENDING MY BOX!!! It happen today Saturday 6/6/2020

Mail is not in the appropriate boxes where mail it is suppose to go.

Tienen personal trabajando que son 🐀🐀🐀 le gustan tomar lo que no les pertenece y abren los paquetes 📦 y sacan artículos como si uno no sabe lo que compra en un paquete de 11 productos más las bolsas donde vienen la tomaron las ratas y solo dejaron 5 productos y tienen el descaro de sellar la caja con la sinta del usps
