CVS Pharmacy

Very professional and courteous when I received my flu shot. Took less than 2 minutes to get my shot!!

I'm. Writing this review for the nicest women I've ever met at the pharmacy and because of her and my experience with her is what made this pharmacy my go to place every time I need to fill my prescription and it's Renee. I'm a salesman and have been a very successful salesman and business owner for 9 years now and Renee goes above and beyond In customer service and her personality and positive attitude every time I go in there late at night after I get off work makes me happy to see her and talk to her while she's filling up my prescription. She acually cares about the customers and is always working hard to get me out on a timely manner. Plus while I wait I get to chat with her and she is always smiling and in a good mood and it makes me feel very welcome and happy when I leave. You guys are lucky to have such an amazing person working there because I can go to any place to fill my prescriptions but as long as she is there you guys will continue to have my business. Thank you again Renee for always having a positive attitude and smiling and even after working 14 hour days I leave with a great experience Everytime. Keep up the great work ethic and positive attitude.

I had an issue with my medication and was trying in vain to get the issue resolved with my doctors office. Long story short, I had Chris take time to not only do everything in his power to help me, but get the cost down so that I would be able to have my medication, which unfortunately would cause withdrawals if I didn’t have it. The rest of the staff there have always been pleasant and kind, so I will continue to use them as my pharmacy.

They did a great job printing photos — enlargements and 4x6. Super fast and excellent quality.

This pharmacy is wonderful, they refill my prescription on time, call me when it’s ready and deliver at my door. The costumer service is great!

My prescription had already been put back into stock after less than 7 days (they shouldn't restock prescriptions until 14 days), so I had to wait in line twice to pick it up. The second time I was able to pick up my prescription, the staff member helping the drive thru line was visibly sick. She touched my card, my prescription bag and my receipt after frequently wiping her nose. Very unprofessional of CVS! If my employer didn't require us to use CVS, I wouldn't return!

Pharmacy wouldn't renew my Ambien prescription on June 29 because they said it wasn't due to be renewed until July 2. Told them I was leaving town on July 1 and I needed it sooner. They said when I reached my travel destination after July 2 I could have a CVS at that location contact my store for the script. Arrived Bradenton Florida on July 3 and attempted the above; was told that Florida state law forbids this practice. Now I am stuck in Florida without my Ambien! Thanks a lot, amateurs at the Keller TX store for giving me bad information!

It seems like they send out notifications that medicine is ready even when it isn't. I rarely spend less than 30 minutes waiting for my medication (that doesn't include just waiting to be helped). I will be changing to a different pharmacy, I'm sick of wasting my time.
