Whitewater Diamonds

We went to Hawaii in April and found this beautiful shell on a black sand beach on the Big Island. I brought it to Whitewater diamonds and they created this beautiful one of a kind piece of jewelry. We gave it to my wife for mother's Day.

We are still so happy with our choice. We even added a ‘one year anniversary band’ to my set. We also had a custom necklace made for a friend which turned out exactly like we wanted. (I don’t have a pic unfortunately). And we sent my in-laws to Jason for their engagement and wedding bands! They look better than I could’ve imagined.

Jason is one of the best jewelers! He was so kind when my wife and I came to pick out our engagement rings and wedding bands. He knew the jewelry inside and out. I wanted something specific and he definitely helped me put together my forever piece. We waited to post this review until we got our pictures back from our photographer. I will go to WWD for all of my jewelry needs. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I had a stone missing from my mother's ring and the owner was very friendly and finished fixing my ring in a very timely manner its very hard to tell who you can trust with your jewelry but you can trust this business my ring looked great when I picked it up you won't be disappointed doing business here I plan on doing business with him again

My fiancé and I had the most amazing experience with Jason at Whitewater Diamonds. We were looking for a local jeweler to help design and set a gemstone that we had had cut. Jason had very fair prices in comparison with other custom jewelers in Charlotte. He also quoted us for both my engagement ring as well as a band to go along with it. He quickly put together 4 different sketches and we worked together on the final design. It was then created in CAD and cast into gold in house. I am absolutely in love with my ring and the experience was so smooth with Jason walking us through it. 10/10 will work with again!

Updated: Another great experience at Whitewater Diamonds, I had to have my ring reshaped, you can see in the pictures that it turned out GREAT! And Jason was even able to repair my eyeglasses, something that I didn't know jewelers did!
We had a wonderful experience at Whitewater Diamonds. We've been holding on to a beautiful sapphire for our daughter, for years because we didn't know of a trustworthy jeweler to take it to. Jason carefully examined the stone, listened to what my daughter wanted and offered several options for setting the stone. The end result is BEAUTIFUL, yet shockingly affordable. I can't wait for my daughter to see it! I am so glad that I've finally found a trustworthy, knowledgeable, detail - oriented and affordable jeweler in Charlotte.

Great variety or gorgeous jewelry pieces from vintage to modern and one of a kind in showroom. Jason is the most incredible jeweler. Repairs, customs, he can do it all! Amazing craftsmanship, customer service, and reliability. Wouldn't trust anyone else with heirlooms. So much better than going to a corporate chain jewelry store.

Went in to get my engagement ring resized and was very pleased. He resized it perfectly and returned it the same day I took it in! I was expecting a 2 week delay and was happy to know I could pick it up that afternoon. And all for a very decent price! Will be returning for sure.

This fine Jeweler was recommended by my brother my elder brother. I went in there to get my Invicta watch worked on black venom and another watch was greeted with respect kindness and honesty. Was given excellent customer service even though I did not purchase anything but I was invited to look around. This will become My jeweler and I will recommend that you patronize this place in this establishment. Very wholesome very honest extremely reasonable prices. Best of all it's not inside of one of these God forsaken malls.

Jason the owner was great to work with. I have been to many jewelry stores but never had someone take the time to educate me and answer my questions as well as he did. The store is very reasonable for repairs and I bought a wonderful ring for my wife that made her cry for about 30 minutes! I will definitely be using Jason and Whitewater Diamonds for my future purchases.

I say that because when Jason was unable to provide me what was agreed upon, he upgraded me instead and kept the agreed upon price. This place is not just a jewelry store. Jason is an actual jeweler who can make custom pieces for you. I had several Opal pieces made and each one was exquisite. I highly recommend this talented jeweler for all your high end jewelery needs. He is amazing.

I'm not at all shocked that this place has 5 stars with so many reviews! After calling about 7-8 jewelers in the past couple days, I chose Whitewater for two reasons: the owner answered the phone and was kind and helpful, and he was actually transparent about repair pricing. Almost every other place I called was either rude about my pricing questions, or avoided the question altogether by saying I needed to bring the ring to be inspected. I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but I can't pay the $80-$90 quoted by a few places just to have my ring cleaned.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jason the jeweler and would suggest that you not go anywhere else!
