Have been doing my postal transactions with the Bath, Ohio Post Office for 8 years and have receive excellent, professional, friendly service with each visit. I can understand customer frustration with the hours, but this is a smaller office with smaller staff, and this is something to expect. All you need to do is go to the larger offices and deal with the staff there in order to fully appreciate the Bath office.

Both Azuree and Tiaune are amazing. They have gone the extra mile making suggestions, phone calls and searches to help me mail an overseas package with cell phones. Not much help at Market Street and uspswebsite. No help at customs. Thank you ladies!

Ignore the whimpering of the bed-wetting goons who seem to think their lives were ruined by this post office. Whether at the counter or on the phone, the staff at Bath has never been anything other than efficient, courteous and helpful to me. It might be because I don't go in there looking for an argument or a confrontation and treat them with dignity. Leave your ego (and that massive chip on your shoulder) in your vehicle and try...TRY not to act like a spoiled douchebag. It works.

Very friendly window worker helped get me in and out quickly and efficiently. A week later I had lost my receipt with tracking number and she took the time to look up my transaction and found when the package was delivered.

Always great and fast service at this location! Very clean inside and out. They have a drop box outside as well, which is very convenient for mail drop off.

Maria the manager is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

As of 1-1-2023 the post office closes at 4 pm weekdays.

Horrible customer service!!! Printed a shipping label on a Saturday night. On Monday they wouldn't accept it! It's not like they are open on Sunday. First time in over 500 shipped packages this has happened. Was told rudely to "take it somewhere else. " I cannot wait for FedEx and UPS to finish burying these fools. And people wonder why the post office loses money every year...

They ALWAYS mis deliver packages or mail. They take no responsibility for damaged packages even if you have proper insurance (You have to jump through hoops to file a claim and its always denied) Use ups for all package services!
