If I could leave no stars I would. Dana the branch Mgr is the worst. Zero concept of customer service. They could replace her with 800 numbers.
I upped my review to three Stars because Tiffany there is the best.

This branch manager has no customer service. She is rude and very ignorant. This really makes me want to transfer my accounts to another bank. Her attitude is horrible and I will be contacting customer service on her.

What bank would not let your daughter deposit cash into their fathers account?! The bank refused to take a cash deposit at the same branch were we have done the same transaction in the past. Horrible and will be changing banks.

Terrible customer service.personnel were more interested in what's for breakfast or lunch.lol
My car was severely damaged on their drive thru lane.
The Manager and employee weren't very helpful . I had to complaint to corporate to get this issue resolved.Still not resolved.
First time we went there the so called "Private Client" person couldn't even do a wire transfer.lol
Will be taking our money to another bank very soon.....

Sometimes I think this bank is spaced out. They ask me if I need something. I can always use a business loan. Then they call me back 3 months later to see if they can do anything and haven't followed up or attempted to solve my problem. If you want to provide a service, do that. Or just be an ATM.
