I have only been through the drive thru,but I must say that this is the fastest, friendliest, most accurate DD I have ever visited. The woman running the morning driving thru is spectacular. I wish DD could harness her energy and positive attitude. Starbucks would cease to exist! Thanks for being a bright spot in a quick stop!

I rarely go here.. but had a gift card and I just want to say the woman working the window at the Dunkn on Royal Palm Beach Blvd was AWESOME!! Sue was her name, she went out of her way to check my other gift card and put tape on it so I knew what one to use first, she did all this on her own. She also guided me to my final selection on the menu. I provide credit card processing for a living, so I deal with business owners as my job all day every day... I know what makes a business fail and succeed and it is employees like Sue. In an era where everything is getting automated and rushed. Sue IS the reason I will come back to this store. Dunkn, if you keep hiring people like this your business will go further then ever.

Every time I come here I am taken care of with such great hospitality! It makes me want to stop more often. For being such a busy location and there is a line almost every time I go they take of everyone so fast and really get the line moving quickly so you don’t wait too long for your food!

Always busy but the staff knows what to do and there is a lady has been at this Dunkin Donuts forever a she knows her stuff. Some of the other stores need to do what she does

I love Dunkin Donuts! I bring my children here once or twice per week for a doughnut while I have an iced coffee. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean.

Recently opened New Dunkin Donuts. The older store next door to the South is now permanently closed. The staff is friendly the service is good and the food is good and fresh. They have a drive-thru and it can get busy at times, specially in the early morning hours.
