The best service in the USPS. Florence knows her job and has the building looking clean and in order all the time.

Unfortunately Florence retired at the end of April and now the service is hit or miss. New requirements for employment in the USPS is the ability to fog a mirror. The training is inferior and no-one wants to know what 22 years experience can provide. USE UPS!

I know that the last post about the Post Office in St. Johns, Pennsylvania was a bit unfair.
Yes, Florence was exceptional. There's no doubt about that.
The young man Steven is doing well. His hands are tied up by the incompetence of his superiors. He has asked for help with the repairs of the building but has difficulty in getting things done. Florence had the same issues with it.
Steven has even had to replace some of the security lights on the side and back of the building.
As a veteran i really appreciate that Steven raises the flag in the morning and takes it down when he leaves. This is respect. You don't see that too much these days.
So, give Steven a break.
Get on the idiots in Washington, DC instead of the local folks who are doing the best that they can with no support.

For the last 2 months we are getting our mail less and less. This week it's been 2 days. I have important mail out going and incoming.All i can get is a recording full of nonsense. I will be notifying TV stations and News papers.
People really do live in all of Dorrance Twp. How many people die with out medication before anyone gives a damn

Never open when stated. I have visited multiple days of the week and the doors are locked. Hours posted online and on door need updated.
