I originally ordered through Uber eats for delivery. They were horrible. I contacted them to let them know. The owner himself immediately contacted me. He left the comfort of his own home to get to the location. Got me new cinnamon rolls, and dropped them off to me. Wonderful customer service. And even better cinnamon rolls. I was visiting from Omaha, Nebraska. When ever I’m in Des Moines this will be on the list of places i visit. I had the peach cobbler, and Carmel Apple Pie cinnamon rolls, and the brownie with chocolate frosting. Amazing!! 😋😋🔥🔥

Only a short walk from many hotels in the area, this is a great treat for now or later. The roll was nice and warm when we picked it up, and still tasted fresh when I popped it in the microwave later that day.

If you don’t know what you want, many signature creations are on display as well as seasonal offerings. Customizing is easy if you have particular tastes. The rolls are so soft, like they were taken from the oven one minute early. Nothing dry about these rolls, a plain roll would be great on its own. They do sell day old plain rolls for a discount. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are considering.

Clean establishment and friendly service. Lots of choices of toppings on a cinnamon bun. Also they have edible cookie dough, and a small selection of cookies. This monster shown was a cinnamon roll topped with cake frosting, edible cookie dough, cake frosting and sprinkles. Delicious!! Prices are pretty reasonable considering the size of the treats!! Would definitely return for more.

We found Cinnaholic when we were in Pigeon Forge, and now we look for one whenever we go to a new place. We were so happy to see one in Des Moines! Hands down the best cinnamon rolls ever made! My favorite is the Old Skool while Dave's is the Cookie Monster. So sweet, so rich and delicious! We can never eat the whole thing in one sitting, so we had a few bites and packaged it up for later. The service at this location was top-notch as well!

For all y'all with a hankering for extreme sweetness, Cinnaholic is right up your alley. First off, they do cinnamon rolls really well, then super level them up with cake frosting, berries, Oreos, bananas, peanut butter, cookie dough, and so much more. They've also got brownies and ice cream and lots of other sweets, and coffee. I really enjoyed my birthday cake roll, with a scoop of cookie dough, sprinkles, Oreos, and so much more, it was so sweet and decadent.

Had a great experience. The employee at the register was wonderful, very helpful and generally happy. There was no wait for our afternoon visit and the rolls were out very quickly. The rolls were served warm and were perfectly soft and tender, even the outer crust. They are very filling and dense so maybe order only one per person. Also everything is dairy free and vegan, even the milk they sold (they had almond milk instead).

Five stars because I have no complaints. As soon as I walked in, I was genuinely greeted by all the staff. The little cinnamon roll pillows add a fun touch to their unique decor. I had the s’mores bun and liked it! For a first timer, I was overwhelmed with all the selections however they had brochures in which I added below.

This is a dream place to have a sweet treat and great service as well. So many that I would recommend I cannot list them all.

Absolute best cinnamon roll around. Nothing compares and they are always hot and delicious. I much prefer the Old Skool roll as it’s the classic and sweet enough as is. Adding anything else takes it over the top for me but I bet adding fresh fruit would be delicious as well.

I don't usually get excited about cinnamon rolls but the toppings on these are fun and unusual (and packed with sugar and delicious!). The Birthday Party roll was so good.

The customer service is amazing and the quality and freshness of the food is over the top! We have been in both locations and the service food and cleanliness is consistent every time. Best dessert place in Des moines/Ankeny, no doubt!!!

A must go in the East Village. A very very very sweet treat! Amazing selection, very cute place with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Will be bringing all of our out of town guests here.

The cinnamon rolls served here will definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. The interior provides a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with its cushy decor.

5/5. Everything is VEGAN nd it tastes amazing! I tried their cookie dough, plain cinnamon buns and the Pella pastry bun. All of them were amazing!! If you are a vegan in town, this place is a must go!

Great customer service. Very sweet cinnamon rolls with toppings. I recommend splitting them. We got 3 for six people. The monster cookie was a bit sweet for us but loved the raspberry cheesecake and the very berry.

(rewriting as I got the stars right but the place wrong) We were excited to find a completely vegan place that made cinnamon rolls. There are local signature combos that you won't see online; I had one flavored like an Almond Joy. Seating is pretty limited but the rolls kept great for a 15 min walk to the park. We liked them so much that we got some take-home for later. Can't wait for this franchise to come to Saint Louis.

Wanted to come here when I was looking up places to eat sweets in Iowa and was not disappointed!! The moment you walk in, you get hit with the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls and a display of all the varieties they have. Got me a custom one with their homemade cookie dough and it was sweet and warm. They also had a selection of cookies, brownies and banana bread that I also got which were also just a delicious. This place is a must on your Des Moines to-do list.

So today was my first time trying Cinnaholic, my son talked me into a dessert after lunch at Miyabi9. Had 11 minutes left on parking meter so i agreed.
We each picked a peach cobbler cinnabun watched as it was made, and sampled the pumpkin bread.
Got to the car right on time, so my visit was perfect.
Got home took a pic of my melty bun and enjoyed it!
I am NOT a cinnamon bun fan, but from today on I now might be!!!
The shop is large, open, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.

Ordered through door dash. I got a nice thank you note on the bag, and the cookie dough is amazing as well as the cinnadoodle cookie when warmed up! Great food, awesome take out!

Tried out Cinnaholic recently for the first time. I’ve been eager to get here because it is vegan/plant based. I have dairy and egg allergies so I was able to enjoy an cinnamon roll for the first time in my life without getting sick. The rolls were absolutely delicious. I have had a mall competitor roll several times and I think this place blows them out of the water in flavor and texture. I had the Pella roll and it was heaven on earth. A sort of fusion between cinnamon roll and Dutch letter. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you or a family member have food allergies. Totally worth every penny.

Just to be fair to my husbands POV he was not thrilled. He thought they were just ok and overpriced. He hoped they would have more of a cinnamon flavor. He got the cookie jar roll for reference. I still thought his was amazing.
