Insomnia Cookies

I stopped here for a celebratory cookie after grocery shopping and I wasn't disappointed.

Their menu is straightforward, they offer over a dozen varieties of cookie, many different ice creams, and toppings to go with it.

Cookies are separated into simple or deluxe. Simple cookies are smaller, and the deluxe cook is usually have an extra ingredient and are about twice the size.

I bought a 4+4 for 20$ and so far the oatmeal chocolate walnut and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The staff answered my questions and I didn't spend more than 3 minutes in the store. I would definitely recommend.

Insomnia is a staple and I was so excited that there’s one here. The cashier, Sarah, is incredibly nice and super friendly esp while I was debating cookie flavors. Highly recommend stopping by after grocery shopping or the bar for a consistently delicious cookie!

Had visited two in a week to this place and found very good service from person who maintains it. Plenty of cookies options available and around 12 exotic ice cream flavours. Ice cream flavours are great

The cookies here are always my favorites, especially the peanut butter cup cookie. I definitely recommend the vegan cookies too, they are just as amazing. And of course, the staff are really chill and friendly.

2 weeks ago on Sunday, We came from California to visit my family, and wanted to have some sweets after dinner,
I chose this place online, trust me, One of the best cookies I have ever had, and icing on the top, *Shanti* with a smiling face, willingness to help us out, everything we enjoy because of her best customer service.
*Shanti* keep on doing what you are doing.

From out of town & accidentally saw this store so we bought berries & cream (cookie lab creation at the time we visited) & chocolate chunk; enjoyed the berries more than the original but both are really good.
Place is really small. The cashier/server was friendly. So no complaints.

I went there late one night and the workers were very kind. I ordered three cookies and they were so nice to inform me one cookie I wanted was currently in the oven, and I could wait for it if I so wished or switch it out for a similar cookie of the same price tier. They were so sweet letting me wait for my cookies, and they were worth it! Also, funny note: I ate the first cookie the first night I got it, which was a Snickerdoodle. It was so warm in the box, it actually changed shape while cooling because I held my box at an angle. Then, I ate the smore's cookie (DELICIOUS) over a period of a few days, and even though I didn't put it anywhere special, just in the box on my countertop, it was still soft and delicious. Finally, about a week later, I ate the hot chocolate cookie (honestly my favorite) and even though it'd gotten considerably harder than the first two due to sitting, I popped it into the microwave for about 10 seconds and it was perfect, like I'd just made them a few hours ago. These cookies have incredible staying power, a delicious flavor to be worth any kind of trip, and staff so sweet that they make the cookies bitter by comparison! I LOVE INSOMNIA COOKIES! Also, for anyone who wants to know, they also have some ice cream, ice cream cookie sandwiches, and some dairy drinks, among other add-ons. Totally worth it. Trust me.

We had the snickerdoodles, birthday cake, confetti and classic with M&Ms - we enjoyed the cookies and got a side of buttercream frosting that gave them a nice extra-sweetness. The value felt decent for the price - the regular cookies are an okay size, the deluxe cookies are pretty big.

The workers were fine/friendly enough when we were there, maybe the other reviewers ran into some people having a bad day? Everything seemed to be available too.

I don't think it's fair to ding them for their location/space... It is tiny and really a terrible setup, but I'm guessing it's more because that's what was available rather than them specifically designing the place this way. Hopefully they'll be able to expand or move to a bigger place if they turn enough of a profit.

It was absolutely a good experience. I drove quite a ways and it was definitely worth it!!! Not only was the vegan cookies yummy goey and fresh but the guy who served me was phenomenal.One thee best customer service experiences I've had in while...I will definitely be back soon thank you!!!

Amazing cookies, cashier was very polite, nothing was sold out, overall amazing. I don't know why the rating is (well as of right now) only 3 stars

We got a couple of the classic cookies plus ice cream and it was great for a post-dinner treat. The staff was extremely helpful in making recommendations and really nice. Will be going back.

The chocolate chunk is really good and fresh.

Just wanna say all the people rating 1 star for the staff being too laid back and friendly are obviously boomers and should just make their own cookies

Don't like the whole no cash only card thing but it wad the best cookies in a while.
