I had a package that our mail carrier tried to deliver, but the name on the delivery was my maiden name. USPS was going to send it back to the sender (which was in NJ), so I quickly called every USPS in town to find which one had my package.
I got in touch with Angela at this location and she was amazing! She asked for the tracking number and realized the mail carrier was still in the building. She put me on hold, ran to get the package, and held onto it for me until I could swing by this location.
I wanted to write a positive review and give a shoutout to all of the USPS workers, as this is a crazy time of year. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK! <3

Recently experienced exceptional service here. Not only have I consistently encountered efficient and friendly staff, but they went above and beyond to assist me in tracking down a package that was mistakenly addressed. Their dedication and helpfulness truly exemplify outstanding customer service.

This place is amazing. They bring me wonderful things almost every day. Wonderful things from all over the world. I have collected many things, each representing a special memory, adventure or a new discovery. Call them gadgets, gizmos, whosits, whatsits, and thingamabobs. They don’t care, they will bring it to me. I am so lucky to gain such favor with the gods. I wonder what good fortune they will bless me with in the future.

Line was almost to the door but staff were so quick and efficient the line was gone within 15 minutes. Super friendly staff who knew what they were doing. By far the best post office I’ve been to!
