Always a favorite place in Cleveland, truly the definition of a hidden gem. Came this time to celebrate my birthday. You can literally feel the oxygen-rich air when you open the door. Take your time admiring the mature plants, the giant aloe Vera is my favorite! A perfect spot for contemplation, casual or formal photos, and time to reconnect with one’s self.

I loved this place. It was so worth going to. It's just so calming to walk through and see the different plants. Inside and out. The cactus room is a must-see! It's free to tour.

This is a Cleveland gem! It is a lovely park to appreciate some of the cultural diversity that we have. No restrooms or trash cans but it is a great place to eat your lunch « al fresco » if the weather permits!

This place is a hidden gem. What an amazing find. A great pick me up in the winter months and has outdoor gardens as well. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something to do on a day off, or just a break in your day, this place will put a smile on your face (if you love plants). Great for kids too.

As of today there is a portable potty every 500ft. This is very affordable and exciting place to be in Cleveland. I have met nice and knowledgeable people in the heart of city. CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR!!!

Cute, free public garden gem! Had a group of friends together after brunch and we decided to stop here. If you like floral photography, check this place out! Here’s the only photo I took. (Not a professional) Check it out!

Attended the One World Fest today. Post- Covid the numbers were low, it rained ,but it was still a great time. Looking forward to next year! Rockefeller was beautiful, peaceful, scenic & serene as always. Counted at least six new gardens & I think I missed one...or two. Awesome to see things coming back to life.

Wow! I had no idea how beautiful and amazing this place was! So many different "theme" like rooms with a good variation of foliage, including relaxing water components! Enjoyed it so much!

Beautiful gardens outside with a greenhouse inside. Outside there are hundreds...thousands...of just tulips alone? And hundreds of varieties of other flowers. Inside you'll find lemon and lime trees, amazing flowers and plants from around the world and many that you have probably never seen or heard of. This also serves as the backdrop for wedding and other event photos. So put the phone away for awhile, step away from social media, forget the whirlwind of life's challenges for just a bit and reconvene with nature and recharge your batteries here.

The Rockefeller Park & Greenhouse is a very interesting visit. I love the variety of all the various botanical specimens. It's hard to not take too many photographs. I saw several photographers taking photos of the gardens with tripods. Go there for a quick walk through, you will see things growing that just don't grow in Cleveland if it weren't for this greenhouse. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!

For being a free garden, this place is truly great. They have caring volunteers that tend to the Iris and veggie gardens outside, and their indoor greenhouse is so refreshing to stroll through. I love the cactus and succulent room! Their garden for the blind outside is truly one of a kind.

The Rockefeller Park Greenhouse is delightful any time of the year, but during the holiday season it is spectacular. A huge variety of poinsettias line the walkway which makes for a beautiful place for strolling around and taking pictures. Anytime in the winter it is a great place to visit and enjoy the warmth and the flora/fauna there. Don't miss the orchid and desert rooms while you are there! During the spring and summer the outside gardens are also a must see! You will be back once you have found this treasure off of MLK Drive!

The four architecturally historic bridges designed by architect, Charles F. Schweinfurth, in Rockefeller Park are in the National Register of Historic Places (as are the Cultural Gardens).
The Wade Park Avenue Bridge over Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (formerly Liberty Boulevard) has an arched underpass and a curved staircase from the SE corner of the bridge between the park and Wade Park Avenue.
The Superior Avenue Bridge over the parkway is an arch with straight sides and a separate pass through for Doan Brook.
The Saint Clair Avenue Bridge over the parkway is a single arched underpass with three arched entrances (center for motor vehicles with pedestrian entrances on both sides of the roadway).
North of the Saint Clair Avenue Bridge is a two arch bridge over Doan Brook. This is not one of the four bridges in the National Register.
The Conrail (formerly Lake Shore & Michigan Southern) Railway Bridge over Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (formerly Liberty Boulevard) at the North end of Rockefeller Park has an arched underpass with straight sides and has crests decorating the structure.
The photo of architect Charles F. Schweinfurth is from the Cleveland Public Library.

One if my favorite places in Cleveland. Open everyday 20-4 and admission is free. They even have weddings here! Gorgeous, changes with the seasons. Always something new to see. Always beautiful.

I can't believe it's free!!!! We went the perfect time...Holiday Season AND it wasn't crowded. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and kind. Also, they sell or give away plants; I got an Orchid plant!!!!!!!!! The plants displayed here just blew my mind and you can tell someone put a lot of 💘 in the decorating. Nothing gaudy; it blends well. I can't wait to go back.
