Fresh Food! Nothing stale or tasteless! My Special order Filet-o-fish, was made correctly and came out warm.. PIPING HOT🔥 FRIES!🍟👍 (It was like they pulled them out of the vat, put them in the box and put them in the bag and brought them to our table!)GREAT COUNTER SERVICE! 👌I traveled around the states driving ambulance. This is one of the best urban McDonald's I have been to. I don't know what happened?⚠ You now have to beg to use the restrooms 🚻 at this location! Restrooms are now🔒 locked unless the counter person buzzes you in. Great visit otherwise! You really need a box of those piping hot🔥fries 🍟 You'll be loving it! YUM! 🤓

They have double drive thru lines for you to order from. The restaurant is always busy. Fast service.The Lobby is now open.The App has lots of daily deals, order ahead using the app saves. Summer specials are in. New Holiday Happy Meals are in.

I have had some difficult times here but the last time I went it was delish! The fries and quarter pounder was to die for. 🍔🍟 The service was okay. Overall pretty good. 👉👈

The employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. Fries were Hot. Service was quick. Will definitely go there again.

1.00 While dealing with Progressive Insurance ended up in Free Rental Car ( paid by Progressive Insurance) twice from Enterprise Rent A Car.
2.00 Had to reach out to the nearest McDonald's to sit and talk on phone with Progressive Insurance representatives.
3.00 Surprisingly the conversation with Progressive Insurance Company was really the most INHUMANE.
4.00 My Progressive Insurance clean record clearly allows me to have $60 per day car rental from them for upto 30 days.
5.00 Progressive Insurance approved only $40 per day car rental and this was a great opportunity for Car Rental Enterprise to charge me extra on two occasions I got the car from Enterprise.
6.00 Both the Enterprise Car rental broke down.
7.00 While the free sitting space at McDonald's Restaurant was better than a SEVEN STAR hotel, the products and services offered by Progressive Insurance and Enterprise was absolutely INHUMANE.

The food was fresh and they actually had their ice cream machines up! Plus the service was actually super great, he was very manner full and said thank you! You don’t get that anymore 😎

Good for great service best fast food in that area to me out of all the other choices of fast food you can buy!

I only get coffee very fresh

I did drive-thru and was surprised to hear a friendly and welcoming voice come through the speaker. The order was prepared quickly and I received fresh and hot food with great customer service. Just because it's a fast food restaurant doesn't mean service isn't important. Kudos to the team at this location. Keep up the great work and customer service. It is noticed.

It was cool. Went on 4/20 we all know that day is an unofficial holiday. Had a pretty big order and the guy at drive thru was patient and had gotten everything right. Apart for the line(which couldn't really be helped) it was nice. The fries definitely need salt but other then that it was alright.

Except for a green egg in a sausage McMuffin with egg, service was great starting with being greeted right away and food served quickly. The egg situation was rectified immediately. The lobby floor and tables were clean.

Expensive Inflated Prices but my food was hot and fresh (this time). I am a family of 6 it takes a minimum $70 to make them full. I am addicted to the $6 Frappe got dang it be calling me.

Fast and efficient. The young lady behind the counter was fantastic. Definitely understands customer service. Restaurant was relatively clean even though they were busy.

The best McDonald's on the Eastside. Family fun environment. Workers that go above and beyond to hel customers and those in need in the neighborhood. I'm loving it 😀

The time waiting for food once paid , was short. The cook and prep staff was great. However, the order takers were something else to be desired. Overall, I'd rate them almost 5 stars. The dent in the rating is attributed solely the order takers not be on the ready once you approach the counter.

On a late night when everything was closed and my husband and I were out looking for something to eat, we saw that McDonald's was still open. Honestly, I was expecting some bad customer service because it was late and managers are gone for the night. I was soooooooooo wrong! OMG, it was a YOUNG crew working that night that we went and they were courteous, respectful, prompt! All of the food was fresh and hot. They gave EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish! Go there on a late night if you want some quality food and quality customer service. Great Job Night Crew!!

They have been in the community for years. I’m impressed with the design and management of this McDonald’s. An employee was being rude to me, but I liked how the manager stepped in and corrected everything. I love coming this McDonald’s to support them. One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve visited.

People that work there are rude
