Friendly staff, speedy process. Convenient. 5 seconds and I had my parcel for them to deliver.

I love the fact that my address and shipping history are available. I am always sending to the same family members. So convenient and fast.

The Westfield UPS by far is the best ever! The employees are so helpful and nice! They helped me print a label that I couldn't get to work, with no hesitation or problem! They took the time to do something kind and that really makes a difference! I live in Cranford, and will never go back to the UPS there!

The owner, Neal, is a very nice and caring man. His employees made a big mistake with one of my packages and he was genuinely sorry and tried to make everything right. He is almost always at the store, but can't be there all day every day. I also own a small business and know how hard it can be. He is a good man that runs a great local business and tries very hard. Neil is a pleasure to deal with, he genuinely cares about the community and his customers. Our e-commerce business ran out of shipping labels and he was quick to share a roll to us. He saved the day and allowed us to continue shipping orders. Thank you so much!!

The store is very fast and efficient! They have been in Westfield for well over 25 years since it was a Mailboxes Ect. The franchisee cares about his business and it shows. This new location is much better next to the post office then they're old location on North Avenue... Not that it's new they've been there for years.

I don't know what these negative reviews are all about. I've used the store for a number of years and never had a single problem. They're friendly and efficient and helped alot especially when I've packed something badly which is often. This has been my experience. Inn fact, I'm going into the store this afternoon to send a package.

This is a busy UPS store located in the center of Westfield. They always have 3+ workers onsite and they do the job efficiently.

Always quick and easy to drop off Amazon items or even notary signature.

They are wonderful. Neal was so helpful and patient. I don't know how he multitasks but he does it. And his assistant is great too.
