Starbucks

I went back, and my previous review below still applies. The floor was so dirty. I think they need more employees. I feel that the owner must be at fault because other stores are not like this.
The seating area is dirty and garbage is overflowing. No napkins. I think they must need more help. Nice, helpful employees.

The person that helped me was so sweet this morning and helped me to create this lovely decaf iced coffee…went out of their way to create a cinnamon almond milk foam for me. Favorite drink yet.

Every time I come in here the baristas are super nice and friendly. They always give such a warm welcome! I love coming here. I come in right before class almost every morning, and my drink is always made as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Went to pick up a drink after work and I was DELIGHTED to have such a kind, friendly crew helping me. Their names were Allison, Blanca, Lauren, Jade, and Nelson. I cannot wait to come back!

Take a moment to appreciate the staff, I have observed other customers interact with them in an unkind manner and watch their every move while making their drink and just have to say they have the patience of a God. I was so impressed with their skill to remain professional and friendly in contrasting moments.

I stayed to chat with staff a few times just to exchange laughter-you guys rock !

This Starbucks always makes my orders correct and delicious. They are also always slammed and they crank out drinks quicker than any other Starbucks!

Despite this location being incredibly busy the staff goes above beyond - particularly Jon Michael and Scott. Seriously, there are three other coffee places just blocks away that are not nearly as busy, so it's a nice surprise to be treated so well here. Great hospitality : )

Went for a particular item and it was out of stock, the manager Terry is the epitome of greatness. She came over and was very apologetic. She was friendly and professional. She gave me the option to replace my order, I wasn't sure what I needed and she went the extra mile to notify me when it was back in stock. I have never received such stellar customer service @starbucks. I even forgot that my ordee was out of stock. The company needs more people like Terry. Thank you Terry for such a great experience!

I inadvertently left my cc at the drive thru. The team kept my card in the safe until I came in to pick it up...thank oiu for your integrity in this matter... . Lucie Roca

I decided to stop by to buy my favorite brownie and to my surprise the Starbucks staff gave it to me for free. "Happy Thanksgiving," the team member said. I walked out with a big smile. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family and stop by next time I'm in town. Thanks Starbucks!

First time visiting, it was a good experience. Had to wait outside but that's at all Starbucks now. I was able to find the cups I wanted and I recieved a free iced coffee because I work at NBIMC.

Super nice baristas, my orders are almost always made correctly (and if not they'll quickly and graciously fix it upon kind request) they have mobile ordering, very popular so space is sometimes crowded, the Shift Supervisors will work to help you in any way.

One of my favorite experiences Is coming to Starbucks always keeps the smile on my face and they are very professional and I always enjoy going

Convenient location with ample parking by the back entrance. It can get a bit crowded on weekday afternoons, so be prepared to wait in line. I would rate this place an extra star if I could since they‘ve never spelled my name wrong on the cup!

They very fast and with energy

Really nice place to go w friends or just to stay there and drink a cup of coffee. In nice days u can sit outside. Once for my birthday they give me for free a pop cake. Recommended

Offers everything a Starbucks offers. Clean establishment with very friendly staff. A great place to meet up with friends, go on a date, or just relax. Set right in beautiful downtown Westfield it's a great location. And if you don't feel like paying for parking in the lot where the Starbucks is, the lot for Mindowaskin Park (right by the police station) is free and a very quick walk to Starbucks. Besides, Westfield is a nice town to walk around.

Great Starbucks. Staff are friendly and drinks are made right. They are busy though so you may have to wait a few minutes and at peak times there may not be seating

This amazing chain has so much to offer. The place is crowded in the mornings and afternoons, but the staff always manages. I have nothing bad to say about this Starbucks.

Their Rigatoni bolonaise was horrible. I found 6 strands of hair in my food!😢🤯🤬🤬⚠⚠💵💰💵😡🥵😥😥🥵
