Today we decided to enjoy some health diet for lunch. So, we went to this place called Fresh&Co which is popular for variety of salads. I picked the option Shanghai Chicken with mixed salad 🥗 which was great. The chicken was roasted. I really enjoyed the meal as it was really healthy. I would recommend it.

5 star spot all around!!! The place looks nice, food is great healthy and doesn’t make you feel sluggish. The store manager and employees are cool and super friendly overall a great place for anyone who likes living and loves life I guess🤷🏽‍♂

Amazing food here! Salad and soup i had was sooo good! I actually went back here the second time after a week. Roberto was so nice and other staff…definitely fresh food and love the atmosphere here!

Big fan; I go in all the time. The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious — it’s been an essential part of my fitness goals — and the employees are some of the friendliest around. The next time you want REAL food quick, do yourself a favor and stop in.

I go there at least 3 to 4 times a week for lunch and occasionally for dinner. I can tell you that the food is extremely fresh and flavorful. I like the salad masters, and the variety of dressings. This is a place I highly recommend if you're looking for quality with good prices.

For both breakfast, lunch, & light dinner. The freshness. Of their food is superb, but it’s only second to the service that I receive from the “salad masters”. I am particularly fond of their chicken shwarma Salad which is a new addition. But my go to salad dressing is always the avocado dressing, although they have 12 other choices. For me, it’s a one stop place to get quality, fresh, salad, and Panini! I go there you should too. My fiancé and I walk there because it’s conveniently located in the center of Westfield.

Place is part of the newly remodeled Gateway walkway in and out of Newark Penn, great staff, omelet was on the money, no seating in the actual location, but there is plenty of seating a few steps down, overlooking Penn Station.

I regularly order salads from here. Perfect stop for create your own salad or something from the menu. They always come out fresh and tasty. The only improvement can be adding cabbage option to DoorDash.

I came in with a friend. It was our first time trying it and I will definitely come back again. Very attentive and friendly customer service. Great food! Would recommend to give it a try!

Great place for lunch. Love their market plates. Turkey chili was yummy. So glad to have them in town!

I was visiting friends in the Westfield area and one of our friends kept talking about how great her lunch was at Fresh & Co. Since we don’t have this in Michigan, I was curious about the place. She gave me some details about it and said let’s go tomorrow for lunch. We went the next day and WOW! What an amazing place. So many options to choose from and great selection of healthy choices as well. If you have gluten issues, they have tons of options available for you also. The customer service was excellent and the pricing was perfect. I can’t wait to come back to NJ again and try more dishes from this place. They need to open one up in Michigan!

Great place for freshly prepared food. I especially liked the fresh smoothies, plenty of freshly made veg options including salads and some healthy snack bites. Personally I had the falafel salad, date bites and freshly pressed sunshine juice. All of them were great. Its a Manhattan feel in cozy Westfield downtown area.

I love this place. I come here literally every week day lunch. The folks know you and provide the best service. Come check it out!

Their Breakfast was amazing. we had their Mexican style omelets and Pancakes for kids, good family place to eat breakfast/lunch healthy food.

I rarely go out of my way to leave a review. The experience/food needs to be extremely bad or extremely good for a business to get a review from me.

That being said, Fresh&Co is PHENOMENAL! First time visitor last night, and went back today (that should tell you something).

Staff is friendly, place is super clean, so many different ways to customize to exactly what you're craving, and HEALTHY. Prices are reasonable for the quality + portions you get.

Needless to say, they'll be taking a lot of my money moving forward.

fresh & co. Westfield, NJ won us over. Robust lunch menu is terrific with plenty of healthful options. I had the Mediterranean Grain bowl which was deliciously fresh and a great value! Dressing offerings were very tasty, I tried several on the side. Staff was ample and easily handled the Sat. peak lunch rush. Staff and owner were courteous and friendly. Looking forward to trying breakfast and dinner offerings!
