I went there on my lunch break to ship a package internationally and Ivory helped me. She was so welcoming, nice and quick. She explained the process to me as a customer new to the process. I enjoyed my experience and will be back. Thanks Ivory!!!

Some of the kindest, most patient clerks work here. I am newer to the area but have been to the post office numerous times and every time I go in, as other patrons walk in, the clerks will happily greet them by name and say something personal - For example, "Bob, how is the wife?" Etc. The place is like a nerdier version of the bar from Cheers.

I'd love to comment on the pricing of some of the shipping of items I've done in the past, but this review is in regards to the staff and facility itself. It's an excellent workplace with well rounded, highly knowledgeable individuals. Friendly enough, but very professional. I've NEVER had any issues with this post office. It's the best one to go to, literally. Who else wants to wait in line all day?

I love this post office! Have never had a bad experience there, and I use it often. The staff are knowledgeable and eager to be helpful. If there’s a line, it moves quickly. People are often laughing there. The place has good vibes.

Best people ever behind that counter! I stopped going to the post office in my town because they gave me such problems. The postal employees here at Scotch Plains are so efficient, quick, and professional! I go out of my way to come here.

Debbie and Sharif go out of their way to help me. They are courteous, good- natured and always kind. Debbie is a real pro when it comes to packaging! I don't know what I would do without her.

Wow this one totally shocked me !! Of ups locations I have used in the last 5 years almost all have been terrible ...

This is THE only location that I feel actually is really truly a good location - staff have always been happy - helpful and nothing was too much for them !
