I needed to have a $400 postal money order refunded and the gentleman who worked at this post office was friendly,polite and knowledgeable .I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness.Thank ypu sir!

Met Mr. Evans for the first time and let’s just say if I can give him and this place a 10 stars I would!

Mr. Evans was polite, kind and very patient with me and my family for our passport application and took his time, he didn’t rush at all to make sure he did everything correct.

This place thrives to make sure that everyone gets great customer service. They do their job with a smile and so much joy. I will absolutely be coming back here. Mr Evans was memorable because of how he was with my family and I. The supervisor, has amazing customer service skills as well. So kind and so nice!

Came in for 2 new child passports. The entire staff was very courteous & patient. Mr Evans walked us through the entire process. He's very professional, efficient, and an overall kind person. Best post office I have ever visited in my life.

Received my passport book today! In 11 days (yes, days NOT biz days)!!! Listen to Mr Evans; he's thorough and knows what he's doing. If he tells you to cross it out, don't do what I do (out of habit) and strike it twice. Yes, I filled out my application online and printed it out. And yes, the instructions said no handwritten changes but it's OKAY at the post office. Also, paid for expedited service but not delivery. If you have Informed Delivery, watch out for a tracking number originating from "PASSPORT SERVICES/DOS TUCSON." The passport status website still says "not available" but maybe it'll change when I get my passport card. Yes, haven't received my passport card yet but I'm pretty damn happy when I was expecting weeks instead of days! (Snoopy dance!!!)

I literally drive out of the way to come to this post office simply because of one person, EVANS. This lovely man is so polite and made both my sister and I’s experience for new passport and renewal passport such a pleasant experience.
