Having the ability to mail a Priority Express Mail envelope at 6:30 PM was a great convenience. No other post office in close proximity has the Lobby open this late for self-mailing of flat rate envelopes. I was impressed.

The passport lady is miserable and has a terrible attitude. She acted like I was being a pest for asking if i could track my ONLY copy of my birth certificate. She pretty much said no and that I need to go through the state department. The entire time she had an attitude and acted like people were an inconvenience to her. Although she is extremely unpleasant I was in and out relatively quickly. 2 stars

I went to this post office to request a refund on a $400 postal money order The older man who worked there was rude, insisted it could not be done, and complained that he was helping me during his lunch break! I left thete feeling frustrated and disrespected.

I ve been a resident of Westfield for 30 years, and for most of it I have had a good view of our local postal office but the new girl at the counter is extremely rude. It is obvious she doesn’t want it be there.

Patiently waited in line to drop off a package with a prepaid label. When it was my turn, the woman said “meet me in the next room” and she walked away before I could even acknowledge or ask why. But I had to oblige cuz she took my package. She threw my package on the kiosk and said if I wanted a receipt I had to use the kiosk. That’s a total lie. I’ve never had a problem getting a receipt at the counter before. She blocked the door and would not let me go back to the counter. She basically forced me to use the communal kiosk during a global pandemic. Who knows who has touched that machine and if it’s ever even sanitized. The right thing to do would have been to ask if I would like to learn how to use the kiosk so I don’t have to wait in line next time. But that approach would have been too professional and respectful for this woman. I’m beyond angry and disgusted.

Terrible. Had an issue with forwarding mail and the supervisor was standoffish right from the start. When I presented a confirmation number, he refused to look it up. I then asked if he had a form I could fill out for forwarding mail. He said no. At this point, I knew he wasn't going to help me in any way, so I asked for the post master. He then proceeded to act belligerent and accuse me of calling him a liar. When I asked for his name, his response was "I have no name" and told me to get out. When another employee was speaking to me, he approached her and asked why is she talking to me? Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. He did this with his mask down as well, disregarding the rule that all government employees must wear a mask at all times. Absolutely horrible.

Terrible service. I had appointment and I arrived a little late roughly 4 min. I had to wait until my husband arrive. When it is my turn to do the business, they asked all the people behind us to do package business then start to our passport . No wonder the review so bad. They should get 0

I came to the westfield post office in central avenue to deliver three boxes and needed a receipt, there were three women behind the counter doing nothing, and they wouldn't give me a receipt instead they insisted I use the self service scanner in the room next door, I tried doing so but couldn't figure out how because I have never used such machine before, I went back next door and ask for assistance and was refused, not only that but I was told that after scanning myself I had to leave my packages in a cart in an unattended room where just about anybody can walk out with someone's belongings unnoticed; and my boxes hold a value of more than $2,000 . If we have to do self service these miserable woman should be fired. Only then I won't mind learning to scan my own packages and save on their salaries. I left and took my boxes with me and headed to Maplewood post office instead where the service is exceptional. Make a petition and have them fired if you feel they are not doing their job.. I won't be going there ever again.😠😠😠😠

Rude. Rude. Rude. I mean I don’t understand; if you’re that miserable, get a job that you don’t have to deal with people. I have never been so embarrassed by an employee in my entire life. She screamed at me because I couldn’t find the customs form. Recommend firing whoever she was and revamping that entire place. HORRIBLE. If I could give no stars, I would.
