Most of the time this location has really good food. It's only when they are slammed with customers you may not get the quality you're used to. But that's the same with most any fast food restaurant.

I always enjoy going to this restaurant. The food is good and the service is quick and you know that you are getting good quality food. You can definitely put away a lot of food when you are hungry here.

The Orange Chicken here is Amazing. Ive eaten at many of these, but this is the best location. The Chicken is made fresh and fast service. The team at the drive through are great. You even get a fortune Cookie. Recommended in Burien.

Place is nice and clean. Employees are professional and were all smiling.
Food are all nicely prepared and delicious.

Shout out to the manager Jay and the coworker Isaac, Sangita R sorry if I spelt your names wrong they all go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I've had issues and they have always fixed the problem everytime. Jay and Isaac, Sangita R and the whole employees deserves to be recognized with excellent customer service skills and very friendly. We need more people like you all... u all work very hard but they all make sure customers are satisfied with a big smile on. I hope the owner see my review how great you all are, man u all deserve a raise on your pay because all of your night teams deserve it. I come back here everytime with how great my families and I have been treated respectfully by Jay the manager, Isaac, Sangita R and their team worker. This panda express crew on several occasions has always exceeded expectations. They are always professional and accommodating for their guests. I am an Uber eats driver for five years and have been in the service industry for almost 30 coming from Las Vegas. I came to pick an order up and the lobby was closed and the drive-through at 20 cars in it. I ran into Gwen in the parking lot as I assume she was on her way home. She asked if she could help me and went inside to pick up my order not only did she accommodate my order but the items that were not available she personally cooked fresh ones, and then brought them out to me. This restaurant is always polite and courteous and very very clean every time . big props to this establishment. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I will not eat at any other panda express other than this one.

Amazing food but sometimes very slow and alot of miscommunication

People are always happy and fast. If there's something that doesn't look fresh, they've often offered to make it fresh for me. When they haven't, and I've asked them to make something fresh, they have been happy to serve. Even when people behind the counter are busy, doing 2 or 3 things at once, they are still pleasant to be with and respond helpfully to any request.

Nearly all of our experiences have been great. There are a couple exceptions. Once they forgot to give us fortune cookies, but we were eating inside, so that was an easy fix. I had one drive through experience where, after I confirmed with the server that utensils and napkins were included, we showed up at the park for a picnic and discovered they were not. That didn't work. The fact that I trusted the server's word to begin with shows that I trust them far beyond any other drive through.

My 18 month old daughter loves their food and I feel good bringing her into the atmosphere of friendliness they create.

The place is also always exceptionally clean for a fast food restaurant.

They keep the food hot.

Just got stellar service from Christian, despite almost being closed Christian was in high spirits and funny. The only thing i wanted (black pepper chicken) wasn't cooked but Christian provided every item that was ready to go, and because of his awesome attitude I decided on 3 things I've never tried. I am very happy with my choices and i might just go here every night since i work so close. Thanks again Christian and the crew working there tonight.

I watched them throw away 12 woks full of food I'm disappointed in the waste when many people just a block away are honless and hungry

The new spicy shrimp is sooo good all of it was good I tried to save some for later and couldn't lol

I go here often for the thai chicken

They got the legendary orange chicken, which is delicious and a sort of Crunchy-chewy sensation. The egg rolls are a great pick-me-up for a quick snack or meal and the sauce makes it even better.

First time trying panda Express and it was sooooo good I got honey walnut shrimp with chow mein and it was sooooo yummy😀😀
