Otto's Express Car Wash

So excited when Otto's opened in Santa Rosa Beach! We are locals and joined the VIP club immediately ( great deal). These are the happiest workers (feel like temps 97), dancing, smiling and will always go the extra mile! Gene the manager is awesome! And it cleans all the yucky bugs off the windows! The cleaning stations are well stocked and always work! Best place to get that car wash locals and tourist to get that Sandy beach stuff off you car! Now opening in Freeport too! Love this place!

This was a really nice car wash. We opted for the $15 version and our car shown like new. The staff was friendly and we really appreciated the microfiber towels they provided

Awesome car wash. Easy options at the pay kiosk. Attendants there to help if needed. Wash did an excellent job. Vacuums were really good and towels provided if needed to spot dry.

I frequent this car wash. I also just purchased their monthly plan for both of my vehicles. Best car wash I have been through.

Hands down the best car wash I've ever been to! They even provide you with microfiber towels and glass cleaner to finish off your ride after you go through the automatic washer. I really like the fact that they have air hoses to clean the sand off your floor mats. Makes it so much easier than vacuuming them.

The team they had working was very friendly and the service they did was great with all the things you need to get your car clean.

We live in Texas but every time we visit the kids and grandkids in Santa Rosa Beach Florida Ottos carwash is r best choice.
I always get the club membership, use it for the time we r there (15 days or more) and you can always cancel. In my opinion,,, it's the best carwash, give it a try you r not going to be disappointed,,, the best!!!

Great car wash, plenty of space for multiple cars, lots of vacuums, bonus theres an air nozzle for dusting your vents! Thank You for the wash!

Santa Rosa beach location is awesome. The guy with the fun socks is always smiling and happy! Makes the wash more fun!! Y’all remember to tip the guys!!!

Otto’s is a Klean Wash neighbor, they offer great service and a super efficient facility. Drop in and get your automobile washed inside and out. Highly recommended.

I typically go to the Destin location, but wow was this one nice. I was impressed with the overhangs so you aren’t getting beat down on by the sun. Otto’s is an excellent company and could never imagine not having a membership. Highly recommend!

I frequent this car wash, and everybody in my family has a monthly membership. David and Ashten are always so helpful, even with the silliest of things I’ve asked for. The whole crew makes the chore of car washing feel fun and the amenities make it quick and easy. Much love for this place! :)

I have a monthly pass, which gives me unlimited car washes. I went there today to get my truck washed and as always everything worked well and everything is very clean. All the supplies are well-stocked. One thing that was different about today is my mind was sidetracked, and I had taken something out of my backseat, so I could vacuum and forgot it there. I remembered I got a half hour later and went back to see if it was still there. The car wash had already closed, but I could see there is still workers there. I went into the office and talk to Ashton, I asked him if he had found the items I had left behind. He said he did and thought it was trash and put it in the dumpster. He could tell it was important to me so he actually went into the dumpster to retrieve it. This is above and beyond what I’m sure he is required to do and I appreciate it very much

Best Car Wash in Walton County! If you are a local you know Otto’s is the best, if you are visiting try it out! Great customer service every single time. The wash is fantastic and the vacuums are awesome. Finish your wash & vacuum with a complimentary air freshener and you are ready for the week! Cannot recommend Otto’s enough.

Love this car wash with the club plan you can drive thru with no wait times! I cannot clean my car at home as good due to water spots.
Ottos must be using a water softener or something to provide a perfect finish!

Otto’s Express Car Wash is hands down the best car wash in the 850 area. They have all the essentials that I need to get my car looking brand new again.

Been to ottos a couple of times, each time has been a pleasure. Always greeted by friendly staff a great customer service. Any questions I had were explained to me thoroughly. Never had a bad experience here and would definitely recommend.

This Place was absolutely awesome! My truck shined like a brand new penny when I got done using this car wash! I’ve never had such a good job done by an automatic car wash before I usually have to hand wash my truck a little after but not this one it got everything!! The guy that waited on me was named Trevor and he was extremely nice! Best car wash in the business I’ll definitely come back!
