WARNING…. This review is a bit gross.

Fast, easy, kind staff, pretty cool they have so many birds!!

So… now the gross but helpful part

I had adopted two puppies from a nice neighbor who couldn’t really take care of them. So they got worms and more …..Elsys feed store gave them their first shots and the dead worms starting coming out within the next day and you could see a BIG difference in their behaviors, appetite, energy… everything really!
Poor babies were not feeling well!
But thanks to this place these puppies have a higher chance of living than not getting the medicines they needed! They also give you the package on what they gave to your pet!

They help me save money on the best dog food ... I always buy my dog food their no wear else... The food healthy, but last longer but prices.... it's money Worth spending. My dogs love it...

❌❌❌DO NOT RECOMMEND❌❌❌ Our six year old daughter went to sleep crying tonight because her cat is dead due to negligence from this people.
Please if you love and care for your pets don’t take them here. We took our cat Coco, who’s been in our family for six years, here because we were looking for something affordable after all the rain and flood here in Houston. I called before hand to make sure they could see Coco. I explained his symptoms and remarked that he was a cat and was scared the lady said the vet could see him. Getting there the guy ask me to explain the symptoms. He didn’t carefully remove Coco from carrier and just let him escape to a nearby tree after hrs and hrs of trying to get coco off the tree ( he wouldn’t get off because the guy would not removed his dogs) kicked us out of his property. Next day we found Coco dead in a nearby property. We have learned from their neighbors and people who’s taken their pets here that this is not the first time this happens. Both dogs and cats have escape under their care. ❌❌❌❌

I have been taking my dog getting his vaccines there seens I got him its a very affordable place

I know this store for years and this is the best place that you can trust and leave your birds for days. They always will be happy when you are picking them up. Highly recommended.

They offer basic vet services. Have a great stock of Victor dog food which is awesome cause we're having trouble finding it in our area. The owner was very nice and talkative about her birds. Beautiful birds and the store was well organized.

Great family owned place to buy feed. Dog food. Take your pets for inexpensive vaccines. This place has been around for many years. Honest and sincere folks here. Love it!

Love this place. They are close to my house. Nice employees and the man who put the shot on my dog was soo helpful.I just had $10 in my wallet and the shot was just $7.50+ The shot was for infección (penesyln).Affordable,helpful,quick and treat you with respect.This was my second time coming,I will be coming whenever I need help for my pet(dog).

If you need a friendly knowledgeable and fun place to go for your animals this is the place to go. Mr Francisco his wife Elsy and their son Frank are always very helpful with any questions I may have. I love taking my girls there because they enjoy the animals especially their bull dog 😋 I am in law enforcement and I can honestly say this is a place that they really care about animals. I love this place.

I went to get some medicines for my brothers dog and I was treated so kind. The young lady at the counter was very attentive and the young man helped me immediately with my pet needs. Thank you so much for your help. I will be returning for my pet needs.

The people here are very nice and everything is affordable. I'm so happy there is a place like this when you most need it. They will try to help you out with pretty much anything.

Friendly and very polite service. I called before to make sure they give puppys dewormer , and parvo shot. It was inexpensive and I plan to refer all my peeps to this store. I usually also shop at Walmart for my parakeet food but I discovered Elsy's has a similiar kind but with more nutrients sold by the lb. My go to spot now for my birds and my dog Chente 💙
