Carol is AMAZING. My mother has adhd so getting her to complete a task is borderline impossible. Carol did a wonderful job keeping my mom on task finding paint colors while also being incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. If we didn’t live out of state I would go there over and over and over again.

Well organized and clean. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for both paint, paint supplies and carpet + other wall and floor treatments.

Amazingly helpful, especially given the current situation our world is battling. My wife called Ring's End and she was greeted by Karen. To be clear my wife and I are not DIY'ers but we were taking on a "quarantine project" of repainting our stair risers - something my wife had been pleading with me to do for almost 2 years. My wife called, explained to Karen what our goal was... she provided us endless tips and hand picked the correct tools to successfully execute our stair riser paint project. Not only did she hand pick the supplies we needed, she also allowed us to pay over the phone and carried the supplies out to our tun upon our arrival... a touch less transaction! You do not get this type of customer service from the "big box" stores.

We get all of our paint and painting supplies here. I've been coming here for years. The staff has answers to every question and they make sure you get the right paint and the right tools. Great experience.

I went to buy some paint. Representative was very helpful and answer all my concerns. I went twice in the same day and good experience both times.
