Long story short- BEST LIDS IVE EVER BEEN TO!

To start off, the store was looking immaculate. All the hat walls were so cleanly, organized by size and made it so easy to find what I was looking for. The embroidery machine had so many colors on a clean display so I could pick what I wanted.
The staff was so kind. Manager walked me through and showed me each of the deals that were going on, and directed me to the exact hat I was looking for, AND MORE!
I chose an exclusive undervisor for my boyfriend and even got an amazing signature embroidered on the side.

Greysen Senkus at Lids at Park Meadows are absolutely incredible people!!! I have a medical service dog and have struggled finding her a vest that can carry all the life saving medications and devices. These two guys helped and went so far above and beyond and engraved and properly marked her vest for me!!!! I cannot thank them enough or say enough kind things about them! They are incredibly knowledgeable and I will be purchasing ALL Goods pats and importer mints and sporting goods for my kids from them from now on and I highly recommend them for their customer service and services.have the privilege to work with him.them Thank you!

Better location than the Auroura one. I was needing to get my friend a hat as a going away gift, and he has a big head so I wasn't sure if they were going to have my size. They got on a ladder and managed to find 7 5/8! Got my first ever embroidery done at this location and it came out beautify. Staff know what they are doing and they are friendly.

5 stars for Lids overall, this location has very friendly service, big plus!!! Wide selection, my only complaint would be that (just like other chains) they have the typical (WACK) selection of bandwagon teams available, I do realize it's a business and that's why I'm still giving them 5 stars, but c'mon LIDS, all the Lakers, Cowgirls, packers, stuff really?? You should really offer a better selection of all teams during it's (seasons). I get it though, when in Philly, LIDS' selection of EAGLES, 76ers & Phillies hats is on point!

Best place to get hats, period! Spend a few dollars & sign up for the rewards program, you'll be glad you did. Big shout-out to the Park Meadows Lids. Great staff and very knowledgeable!!

staff was very friendly and helpful. they found the size we needed in the back, fixed a couple of thread imperfections, and over all were great.

Great group of guys, had a big mixup that was frustrating for everyone involved but Tyler fixed it and I’ll be back for more hats at this location
