KO Storage

We highly recommend KO Storage. Customer Service is very helpful and easy to access. KO Storage is easy to use, has decent rates and quality units. We never had an issue with water, pests, etc. and overall we had a very positive rental experience. Also, the security fence added another level of safety and privacy. This was the second time we have rented from KO Storage and we would rent from them again in the future.

KO storage in Detroit Lakes was excellent. The units were immaculate and convenient. Brett was available for my check in and check out and always available to answer questions. He was courteous, friendly, efficient, and knew his job. I highly recommend KO storage in Detroit Lakes.

Great prices and easy move in.
At approx. 10pm in fifteen minutes I had a unit and was able to drop off my stuff. I researched all the local storages and KO was the best price within twenty miles. The unit was clean and outside was well lit. Best part cameras everywhere.

Samm was patient and knew the steps I needed to execute. I was on the phone with two calls because I needed to gather my insurance info. I requested Samm on the second call and was quickly connected. I had tried to do it myself online and failed three times.
Samm provided good feedback also. Once I called, I was able to get successfully enrolled. Coming off a support role, I really appreciate this experience.

Great location with safe, clean and secure units! Bret was very kind and knowledgeable. I ended up getting exactly what I needed and I would recommend this location to everyone! They also offer Uhaul services, which is a huge convenience!!!!

Great communication, I have been in the process of moving to Minnesota, I have had to rent a second unit and KO Storage is very accomodating and made my requests go as smooth as possible. This is a great place.
