I called because I had a package being sent to one of my customers and we got a notification that said the address was insufficient. I double checked with the buyer and I had the address entered correctly, so i called your office to get assistance. The representatives were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I was very thankful and appreciative of the whole experience. Thank you so much!

Obviously they need more staff. One person on the front is not enough. Soney Laney I think she’s the manager, she’s so professional and soft spoken. She explains everything nice & politely. She didn’t rush to check me out even it was past their closing time.

I don't know why people dislike post office but I think either one is good. I never experienced bad things from them so I don't know too but this post office is better than the other one in Tulare. Faster and Less people

The asian man at the counter was very helpful nd helped us out a lot. The line wasn't long but it also moved pretty fast. Definitely don't mind going to this location.

There are some great people working there, at the Cedar station. However, it is evident that there are less qualified among them, really mucking it up.
To the USPS employees that get it done properly, hats off to you and thankyou.

I was there 10 mins ago and they are closed for package pick-up. Its odd because the sign says they are closed at 12
