I absolutely Love coming to the Sally’s Beauty Supply store in Port Charlotte, Florida. Liz an employee there is so knowledgeable and knows everything about color and hair products to use there. She’s always pleasant to me even when I have a 100 questions Lol…what can I say…she just seems to know all the answers and it sure makes my shopping experience there “GREAT”!!! High Five to Liz!!!

Liz is super helpful! I’ve been going here for years now, and was never impressed, but I got what I needed, or thought I needed, and that was that. But I was always disappointed in the end. The last time I went in, Liz recommended a color formula that worked like magic! She is so knowledgeable and willing to help. She told me everything I had to get, and do step by step to get the color I wanted, and it actually worked!

Love this Sally’s. Go see Liz as she is very helpful and knowledgeable about hair products. Thank you for the wonderful service every time I’m there.

I went in looking for 2 different things.. in a rush bc i was running late for work. I have naturally straight hair and just want some curls.. Saramei was busy doing som3thing but stopped, just to come up to me and ask if i needed help. I told her about my hair but also about what else i was looking for. Lets just say my hair curls now and my gifts were loved by the person i got them for. Thank you so much Saramei for your help!

Always helpful and lots of items to choose from. Price is reasonable. I’m Glad they don’t charge for bags anymore!

The products are amazing, but there’s this one worker that has a problem with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING

The workers stand around talking. They didn't have the product I needed. I finally had 2 get someone 2 help me. Not friendly or helpful. I've been a customer for decades. The old Sally's was much better I knew the manager there it was a much better staff back then

Poor management at this location they have products marked reduced on a back Shelf yet if you check the current price on the same product it's the same price. Can't blame the young lady at the counter she was was doing a good job and following orders.

Usually my go to place for all my beauty needs, but I had such a bad experience here, after just moving to the area, that I'm not sure I'll ever go back to this location. Is it bad that I'm willing to drive to another town to get my beauty supplies?

This is the worst Sally’s experience I’ve ever had. The Port Charlotte store is closer to me than the North Port one so I figured I would go in there. I will NEVER make that mistake again. The ladies working act as though they have no time for customers and are very short with any kind of help. No hi how are you, can I help you with anything, no thank you have a good night. Might as well have robots working there, they would be nicer. Not to mention a limited selection compared to other stores and hardly any hair color swatches.

One star is to much for the customer service thats offered. Sale items thats are displayed are not really on sale.
