Staff are helpful and professional. Even during holiday sales, the racks and selves are tiddy.

Changing rooms have lots of space.
LGBTQIA+ friendly.

My wife loves this store! She is plus size but also short so she has a hard time finding clothes that fit her well at most places. Torrid always has options that fit her well and the styles are also keeping up and in some ways leading the pack. The staff is the best part of this store though as they always have discussions with you and get to know you and really give you that "personal tailor" feeling!

I'm so happy we have a Torrid here! I stopped by Aerie first to buy bras but no one acknowledged me or helped me there. Then I saw they didn't even have anything above a 36. So I went to Torrid and was immediately greeted and helped by Jordan! I am so thankful for her assistance. She asked helpful questions that led me to try a bigger band size instead of a bigger cup size. And she was slot on with her assessment!I have always loved this store and will only buy bras from here from now on.

My friend and I went in on 5/15/22 and had a GREAT experience! The store was well organized and easy to navigate, but the most important part was the amazing staff. Tess, Ella, Abby, Rebecca, Madison, Cecelia, and Ariana were the perfect balance of super helpful and also giving us space. So happy with our purchases as well!

A great store with modern styles cut to fit larger women. My only complaints are thus:
1. How fast their stock sells out when they have a super cute item or line.
2. That they don't carry more of the boots and shoes they sell in store! They make the only tall boot and shoe styles I have ever found that comfortably accommodate women with large feet and even larger calves (jokingly called cows because they are all grown up). Lovely larger opening and stretch straps allow for fabulous looks and comfortable fit previously denied women with large calves.
3. That I am not infinitely wealthy so I can buy all the lovely clothes. As a woman who has wide shoulders and a large chest as well as now also being overweight this store is the closest I have found to an enjoyable shopping trip. Anyone of the larger persuasion knows how much clothes shopping sucks but Torrid definitely makes it almost bearable with their cute and comfy designs that aren't so over priced you need to sell an organ to afford them.

Friendly with a wide selection.
Everyone was genuinely nice, helpful, and friendly, very calm and casual setting. It was honestly relaxing being there. I needed more business casual work clothes, but everywhere else has clothes with sleeves too short with too tight armpits. At torrid, there is a sizing chart you can use, and you can even ask the staff for sizing assistance, without judgement, just honesty.
Will honestly shop here again.
I got 3 fashionable pieces of clothing at torrid for the cost of 1 shirt at another retail store. Between the atmosphere, quality, and prices, Torrid is now one of my favorite stores.

I liked going here with my platonic wife. It's clean, there's a lot of good variety with cute clothing cuts, and the staff are incredibly helpful. She and I shopped for quite some time and didn't feel rushed.

My first time here and the ladies were all very nice and very cute clothes! Kinda on the expensive side but besides that I'm glad I went in!

I am over the moon to have a place where clothes just fit. They have surprisingly consistent sizing so I can even shop online and get the fit right the first time. I appreciate being able to buy clothing that is both attractive and made from better fabrics. Too often, plus size people are relegated to wearing strange, stretchy fabrics that make the wearer look frumpy. The stuff at Torrid is also on par in terms of price with other clothing stores and I can usually score a really good deal in the clearance section.

The racks are organized (yes, even the clearance!) Things are neatly folded, there's room to walk without bumping into things. This is one of my favorite places to shop.

By far my fave store, clothes tend to fit better than Lane Bryant. With so much more variety. I also wanted to also suggest for you to ask for Amanda sales person number 36394. She is amazing! I had went to this location about a month ago and I still think back on my first experience and how amazing this lady was. Honestly if she's not working I will walk right back out and come back on a day she is working. She is my fave sales person ever. She always had a smile with a friendly face and always made me feel welcomed! NEVER once did I feel like I was a burden! Thanks Amanda for making feel so comfortable and going above and beyond for me, more than I imagined! :)

The day I went they were having a progressive sale where the more you spend the more you save and was great. Not a lot of evening clothes but lots of holiday clothes. The people there are super helpful and nice, not snobby to older women which was nice.

They keep control of how many patrons are in store & are very kind about it. They are proactive asking what you are looking for, funding your size & setting up a clean dressing room for you to try on selections. Extremely good customer service.

I love this store!! For years I had to deal with pants that never fit right, but I finally found a place that has pants not only fit but look amazing. The tops and dresses here are equally wonderful. I've always had positive interactions with the staff here and it's the one store I enjoy shopping at.

Everyone there was so nice, and everytime we entered greeted us. They seemed like they really liked working there and were really down to Earth people. My sister said she finally found a store that sells her style and was shocked when they sold wide shoes because we've been looking forever to find her some good wide boots. We will definitely go there again. My sister said all she wanted for Christmas was a gift card to go back to that store.

Awesome to find a store for plus size people staffed by plus size people! They were all very friendly and had everything from bras to shoes to dresses in my size! Lots of rainbow LGBTQ stuff for pride as well, highly recommend.

This store in smallish because it's in the mall but it's still got a good selection. The gals behind the counter are always really friendly and there's a big rack of clearance items in the back. There's always some kind of sale going on like BOGO 50% off and clearance is often BOGO (or something two) free. Lots of fashionable options for plus size women here.

The employees here always make the special woman in my life look amazing.

The staff here is ALWAYS helping me out. They make sure I know about sales, they get dressing rooms prepared the moment I've got clothes, and they are incredibly sweet and friendly. The clothes here are beautiful but the staff really makes me keep coming back!

The service and selection here is great! I was helped by Holly, and I was pleasantly surprised by her phenomenal customer service from start to finish. I left feeling like she definitely went above and beyond in every way. Thanks Holly!
