I have visited the Postal Annex in Gig Harbor on numerous occasions and will continue to be a repeat customer.
Each time I have visited weather for personal or business needs, I have been graciously welcomed and assisted with my varying requests. From print and cut jobs to custom printed art work.
My most recent bigger project that they helped me with was a custom print job for a birthday present. They worked with me to get my customizations perfect and the end result was better than I could have imagined. The Postal Annex Gig Harbor is easy to work with in person or virtually and I highly recommend them for your custom print requests, shipping and office services.

We didn't even know this little shop existed, but they were a great help with our wedding announcements. Their prices were good, they were very friendly and accommodating. We will go back.

These guys are awesome. We ship a lot and their prices are competitive. Their printing services are great too. And they have a cute dog!

I had 14 photos of various qualities and many quite old enlarged onto 18X24 inch canvas prints with wooden frames. Not only did they came out fantastic, but quickly and cost effectively.

They were the hit of my late mother's Celebration of Life. Patrick at Postal Annex understood the importance of these prints to me and my family. He provided me guidance and proofs along the way. They are now spread throughout the family around the country as treasured memories of our mother/grandmother.

VERY helpful. I missed a cut off for next day delivery - and the staff at Postal Annex assisted me in determining which shipping service (they represent several - which is key as well) would in my case be the most reliable and quickest. I paid for two day, but my document was actually delivered in one day (internationally). I very much appreciate the staff and will probably use Postal Annex on Point Fosdick for most of my shipping needs going forward.

I needed 500 flyers made in color for a missing person and I was limited on funds. My coworkers and I all put in money to help another fellow coworker find his missing son. When I called Postal Annex and asked for an estimate on what it would cost, he first told me the regular cost. Then he said, because it's a missing person, he would do 50% off the order. I was shocked and almost cried. When I asked him if that was just something he just now decided to offer me and he said he was the owner and that it's a store policy of his. When I went in the following day to pick up the flyers, which turned out so great, he said that anyone printing a missing person or pet really gets to him so he offers the discount. I couldn't be more thankful for the discount and the amazing and fast service! It literally only took him 30 minutes to print 500 colored flyers! I will definitely be using his services in the future for any other prints I need. When a store owner supports the community with things like this, we need to support their business. The flyers came out beautifully, very clear print, and the color was very bright and sharp. Considering I made the flyer online using a phone and had him print on regular printer paper, the quality was better than I expected from what I could see on my phone.

Patrick and the team at Postal Annex are the best. Always helpful and supportive. They can handle all your needs and even supported me with some marketing ideas and solutions for my business. They are wonderful people who are committed to customer service.

I recently moved to Gig Harbor, and this place is a wonderful find! The staff is kind and helpful, not to mention they take care of all shipping needs - USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc! I was able to drop off all 3 packages I had in the drop box for 2 different carriers and call it a day without having to make several trips to a post office, and a FedEx location.
I'll be making this my regular postal place of business.

Postal Annex is the ONLY Gig Harbor shipping store who uses Happy Returns. I ordered something on line and had to return it, so I went to Postal Annex today. First time there, but I will definitely support this small business again. Upon entering, I was welcomed by a cute, sweet, and friendly dog named Rascal. The employees were kind and helpful, and with a few clicks, I had returned my items (no need to repackage with Happy Returns!) A couple pats on the head to Rascal and I was on my way out the door. Thank you Postal Annex for providing a great service with a smile in our community!

I can take care of ALL my shipping and return needs here, regardless of carrier! There is usually a very short wait, or no wait at all. I love that they also offer high quality print and copy services. The staff are great with explaining the packaging, shipping, and/or printing options, and helping me choose what's best. The location is out-of-the-way for me, but I've decided it's worth the drive!

This is one of the best running businesses we have in the Harbor. The owner and his very friendly staff go out of their way to make you smile and help you in anything you need done. The staff is so nice and that is because of good management. I was a general manager for 20 years and when you treat your staff well they treat your customers well and it sure shows here!!! I am appalled that someone would actually give a 1 star review and were so mean to the staff because they were late for their package to go out the same day, that is not the businesses fault. My husband was there shortly after and heard how upset the staff was about this and this lady that wrote this 1 star review was so wrong and off point because she was late and took it out on them is my thought. And that is not right. Please disregard that 1 star review, it is false info and she must of been having a bad day and needed to take it out on someone else. We go here every few days and have never seen anyone not happy, all the people I know that use the Gig Harbor Postal Annex have been extremely pleased with their service and expertise in this field. We have used all other postal services in the area and this place is by far makes you feel at home when you walk in the door and deserve better than to be treated like the owner was treated this afternoon. I feel so bad that people can be so cruel and I am sure they have no clue how it makes the owner feel when given such a bad review when he works so hard to please everyone. I love this place for my business needs and my customers are happy how fast they get their packages safely shipped to them. So Thank You Gig Harbor Postal Annex for all you do for our community and you are #1 in your field!!!

I have used multiple other shipping and printing places around Gig Harbor and I guarantee this is the BEST ONE! They have fantastic customer service and can take care of everything you need no matter who you’re shipping something through or what you need printed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use them every time! (And their little pup running around is a super cute bonus!)

I have worked with Patrick and his team on a few projects and they are all amazing to work with! From large posters to smaller prints they make it easy and affordable. I would 100% come here for any and all printing.

We had excellent service from Brandy for notory services! She was excellent and knew what she was doing! We had just left the UPS store in Harbor Hill because the notary didn’t know his craft. Highly recommend this store for your notary, packing and shipping needs! Thank you!

Hands down, this is the BEST mail/copy/ship center in Gig Harbor. I use their facility on almost a daily bases. They are happy, friendly, and very helpful! It's actually become one of the highlights of my day to go there and see Rascal the dog come running to greet me at the door ...every time:) I highly recommend The Postal Annex over the other like facility in the area, which I previously used but haven't looked back, since I found this place. There is just no comparison!

I had a cruise from Seattle and need to get few packages.
I had experience with PostalAnnex at Portland so I assumed that I can use them to receive packages for me... (mistake).
When I came to get my packages, the owner told me that they don't give that service to everyone (you need to open account).
Fortunately, the owner was so nice and keep the packages for me and even didn't ask for money! Great service.

Very kind people! Both times I went to get my missing pet posters laminated they didn't charge. Great service AND adorable shop dog! Much better than the rude people at mail plus copies.

My wife ordered 3 masks, 2 masks for me and one for her. I use mine daily at work and they are holding up better than any other mask that I have used. the price for the masks included shipping and handling. That was very convenient because we are trying to limit how many times, we have to leave the house.
