McDonald's

I came here after my surgery and couldn’t walk well. I had to use the bathroom and didn’t know they had to unlock the door from behind the counter. Literally everyone in the restaurant was so nice and could tell I was having a hard time moving and got the help for me. Most of them didn’t speak English and still were very sweet. Just goes to show kindness in the world!!

We love McDonald's.. We go at least once a week. Food is very good. Sometimes not hot. We love their app value menu, great deals.

I had ordered a Big Mac with no sauce, but it did had the sauce. I ate it because I was hungry & it tasted good. I got nauseous because of the sauce. I don't like it. Other than that, the service was great.

A standard ice cream shop with the expected flavors. Service is fine.

Love the food love the people in the atmosphere the only thing is I was missing stuff for my order and they didn't suggest they wanted me to let him know next time how would that help

There was a line at the counter when we got there. Our order was taken by a new employee. Stated it was his first day there. I don't think mngr(?) knew that because she finally stepped in at that point to assist/train him. He was very apologetic with costumers. I'd say he did pretty good considering.

The night was a very busy night and the multiply culture staff did a great job from the drive thru order until getting the food. We were not missing anything from our order, the food was fresh, and the staff did an amazing job that busy night.

I come to this McDonald's every now and then but at this time which is 6:30 it's young man that works the drive thru but he came and served me and my daughter two double cheeseburgers and small frie I asked him to make it fresh and he did just that not only he was moving his orders out on time he has great manors and the guy that worked the front offer me and my daughter a drink which was very kind of him both should be employees of the month because this was a first time experience at this location for me thank to them two guys we got to enjoy our snack

This McDonald's is always busy, I never had an issue with the speed they always get my order correct shout out to the manager managing this place.

Wonderful, kind staff! Picked up an UberEats order here, and they were delightful. The gentleman with the beautiful Egyptian eye tattoo on his arm had a warm smile and made small talk with me while I waited; I think he could sense I was running on empty. I'm not from the area, but I would gladly come back here if I ever was around again! Very clean restaurant, too.

I actually love this store. The store was short staff one time I went, but Im sure its because of covid and the high paying unemployment lol.. The staff I witness were pretty kind, I can tell they tried their best to hurry and give me my food. I usually go during breakfast to get my bacon egg and cheese muffins and ask for burger salt on it, suprise they actually do it for me because most dont.. Two drive thrus are pretty cool too, Im used to seeing one where im from..

Quick orders, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking

This place had everything you need and may want for your vapor. So many styles and colors fit for any person. The juice collection is unbelievable and the bar makes it great to customize your flavor of choice. Wendy and Steve and Marc are great, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable in the vape world.

Had a little trouble with my online pick up order but they fix it really quick and got me out in no later that a minute. Really nice staff

I love McDonalds but there was a man who came in yelling and pacing the floor because his order was not right. The manager tried to appease him but he just got louder looking for the person working the drive up window. I feel they should have called the police because the restaurant was full. I left because I was scared.

I was there at about 05:00, and the restaurant was staffed minimally, but, the service at the drive through was good, staff was polite, and the food was, well, all 'McDonaldsy" and whatnot. Over all, a positive visit!

Never have a wrong order when I order there. Food is always hot and ice coffees made to perfection! Nice people.

This is the manager with the weight problem, yo defend my former general manager and rules they carry. We avoid having incidents in the bathroom such as incidents that required us to get the locks in the bathrooms. If your going to review something review it right i might not work there anymore but i would let you sit here and drag me on the floor for some plubicity. Whoops i didnt let your girlfriend use the bathroom. Maybe there was people already in the bathroom. And what about me being friendly with a certain ethnecity. Maybe that couldve have been my mother . Or a family member or a guest that spoke spanish and needed immidiate assistance. Just cause were a spanish community wouldnt mean our opinion counts. 2392 main st. Mcdonalds is one of the BEST mcds you can find out here in western mass ran by ismael flores. My opinion has NOTHING to do with the corporation. Im just defending their rules and beings. Were all human and our opinions matter as well. Have a great day sorry i offended your girl friend
