Wendy's

Floor is kept clean and food came out fast. The staff that worked with me were very friendly. My son ate all of his burger and fries kid's meal. I had a baconator with fries and spicy nuggets. Food came out hot, fresh and crispy.

I HAVE VISITED MANY FAST FOOD PLACES AND I HAVE FREQUENT THIS PLACE MANY TIMES BUT TODAY 2/3/24 I CAN SAY THAT I RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE IN MY LIFE TO BE MORE SPECIFIC I REFER TO A CASHIER CALLED (JONUEL) THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I SEE AN EMPLOYEE WITH THAT KINDNESS, COURTESY, EFFORT AND DEDICATION THANK WENDYS FOR EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM THANK YOU..

Went through the drive-through. It was a long line, but got through it in less than 5 minutes! Line moved fast, workers were nice, food was hot. What is there to complain about?? ALSO, THEY NOW HAVE PUMPKIN SPICE FROSTIES!!!

Everything was fresh and the staff is friendly it was just going through the drive-thru the food is great it was nice and hot and fresh

Honest the only fast food I'll eat, I always get a chicken sandwich and Jr fry. Depends on the staff but 90% of the time the chicken is great. Only 10% of the time is it overfried. Usually staff is pleasant too.

One of the best run Wendy's and the cleanest I've been in the staff was very friendly and the young lady did remember to stir my chili before she scooped it phenomenal sometimes it's just a little things LOL shout out to the great staff

This particular franchise is excellent. I have never had a problem with my order being correct, fresh and tasty. Easy substitutions? No problem. Very patient, knowledgeable and well trained staff. This has now become my neighborhood go-to Wendy's!

I believe her name was Elaine and also the manager/shift lead, but I wanted to give a shout out to her! she was super kind and had great customer service!!

Great restaurant. Clean and staff does their job instead of standing around talking to each other and ignoring the customer like in most fast food places. Food gets to you fast and hot (or cold) depending on what you ordered. Restaurant is very clean. Highly recommend this Wendy's.

The staff is sometimes unpleasant. But I’m so glad I ran into the staff on 07/19 around 11pm. Fresh food and listened very well to what I asked for. I hope I can run into them again because other then that the female staff I had dealt with were extremely rude.

I usually frequent the one in Enfield. This is such a better atmosphere. I've never been served hotter fries, & I adore their staff members. Especially the nice girl that works the window, she's always greeted me with a smile. Given me a receipt, and all sauces and cutlery. Normally I would say that's not worth mentioning bc it's there job but I saw some reviews that said otherwise. So in my experience this place is top notch.

This Wendys is straight fire. They usually have my order ready before other local fast food places would even acknowledge me.

The food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant or service received from the employees was acceptable and the atmosphere was very clean with very good music

It's good, but everytime that I used the drive thru, even before the covid-19, they always missed something on my bag. Last time I asked for extra pecans for my salad and they didn't give me extra ones and they also forgot my fork.

This tends to be the best Wendy's around. I have yet to have an order messed up by them. Everyone is always nice. I am glad they decided to build a second one in West Springfield, since the one heading to the Big E tends to mess up orders often, and don't always have the best workers around.

I always get the spicy chicken sandwich meal at Wendies. The drive through lanes seem to run at a much higher speed than their larger (McD's) competition. Always fresh and speedy, all for about $11 50

I like Wendy's better than the other burger places. They have better deals and have not been tainted by scandal. This Wendy's had a special... two chicken sandwiches for $5. Yummy.

Had a Dave's single meal with a baked potato instead of fries. Food was hot, well put together and very tasty. Tables and restaurant was very clean.

Ok so if this was the Wendy's in West Springfield or on Allen at in Springfield the phenomenal and 5 stars. But if this was the one on Boston Rd in Springfield then do yourself a favor and stay the hell away. Me and my brother waited 40 minutes in the drive thru at 11pm only for them to get the order wrong and be rude as hell. I mean it was just spicy nuggets and 2 burgers how in the hell did they get that wrong. Oh and the one on at James sucks too. Forget about heading there after 2nd shift because they're always out of everything. But west Springfield and Allen st. Y'all are awesome thank you.

I chose the salad, chili and baked potato. Very healthy and fulfilling.
