I have lived in Wellington for 40 years. Throughout my time here I have always used them.They are extremely knowledgeable,friendly,and provide great customer service. We are upgrading our house now with new floors,moldings ,and a new exterior door.The last 2-3 weeks I have made many visits trying to get the right colors.They take their time trying to help you without any pressure.Coming back at least 6 times in the last 3 weeks they are never bothered and always are helpful.I see the exact service with a new customers and old ones.A big thank you to Caroline, both Corey's and the rest of the staff for all your help.

While recently trying to hunt down some paint for a small guitar ding, I contacted Long Paints. The man I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. Ultimately, he realized they didn't carry the ideal product for my situation and recommended me elsewhere. He could have easily lied to sell me something suboptimal and there are many businesses that would have. I visited their story recently for some housing needs and received great service yet again. Everyone there seems very knowledgeable and the store was nice and clean. I highly recommend them!

Long paint was a great help. They matched my colors for touch for the interior and exterior of my home. Amazing customer service along with knowledge of paint and tips for getting what you need done. Will for sure recommend to family and friends who need paint and everything to go with it

We went to buy paint for a pressure treated gate and they took the time to explain why we shouldn't paint it yet. They even gave us a demonstration so we would know when it was ready for paint. They lost the sale of paint that day, but we will always purchase from them in the future. They went above and beyond and they could not have been nicer.

The owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They know all there is to know about paints and a great eye for colors. I wouldn't buy paint anywhere else!
