First and last purchase. When I got around to using the pen a second time it would not work. The light comes on yet it doesn't charge. I was referred to them by Upstate Cana. I live in Albany and work over 12 hours a day, I didn't have the opportunity to drive back to Schenectady sooner. I only asked to exchange the pen, he would not do it. I only purchased ONE cartridge so the pen was barely used. They guy said that due to the cartridge dripping it sticks and gives a disclaimer. Is it a single use pen then? $14.99 of hard work down the drain, terrible customer service.
