Guardian provided stretcher services for facility to facility transport. They showed up with a state of the art stretcher (the same type used in ambulances) and a vehicle properly modified to accommodate the stretcher. Often times, other transport services use old stretchers/vehicles. Guardian arrived with two transport staff members, rather than one. Staff was professional and patient, as they had to wait for patient to be ready. Our patient was in good hands with Guardian.

Horrible service, care and billing. Truly one of the worst companies in the area. I would seriously consider just dying before riding with them again. They also are not transparent with their billing and do not work with most insurance companies despite what they will tell you. Get everything, and I mean everything, in writing. There is not enough therapy to heal the harms this company has done. And the CEO, such a heartless soul. Jesus weeps daily.

Terrible experience. The individual who transported my girlfriend was extremely rude and disrespectful, lacking any compassion. Despite her fragile state, he rushed her and was abrasive, leaving her scared and disoriented. Furthermore, he abruptly drove off without any communication or decency. It's appalling that such behavior is tolerated, especially with mental health patients. Beware and ensure your loved ones are not subjected to this treatment.

Apparently if the university hospital in daybreak uses guardian transportation 3 times in one night then guardian buys pizza for the ER staff. I’m so glad they get to celebrate our misfortune with a pizza party right in front of us.

Lost my shoes. Had to leave the hospital in socks while it was raining 0/10
