Bruegger's Bagels

Stopped here around 1pm on a weekday and got fast friendly service. I ordered my usual: everything bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese, to go. The dining room was open with plenty of seating available with comfy booths. Ordering at this location is different than other locations, you go up to the cash register and not the food line to tell the person behind the counter to tell them what you want. This is a welcome change. Super fast.

Update: Bagel bins are full! It's a night and day difference since my last time there. Great service, the bagels I ordered tasted wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

When will the bagel oven finally be fixed? Last 2-3 times I've gone in there in the past year a sign on the door claims the bagel oven is broken and they apologize for the lack of bagel options.

Lost my wallet and went back the next day and they had it with all of my cards and cash still there!!

Best staff i’ve ever seen in a brueggers hands down!! Greeted very nicely when i come in. All the worker seem happy and enjoying talking to customers. Never had to wait too long while they have also never messed up my order! Best energy

Employees were friendly. Food was good. Only thing I wish would change is for the dining area to open back up… I ate at a table outside but once it gets colder outside I would like the option to eat at a table inside so that I don’t have to take my bagel to-go.

We love Bruegger's bagels. When entertaining at home, we order a baker's dozen sliced with two cartons of cream cheese. It saves waiting in line as it is ready for pick up when we arrive. Plus, by ordering ahead, we get the selection that we want before a flavor sells out. We also walk to Bruegger's to enjoy a bagel sandwich with coffee. Only downside is there is no seating in Bruegger's however Caribou coffee has seating right next door.

The western sandwiches are on point toasted. There is a parking lot but i curbside for a real quick in and out for on the weekends. Be careful and seal those extra bagels up so they don't get tough. The coffee is also really underrated.

Looks like this one may be closing too :( We went by and saw a big dumpster out front and the inside looked like it was being taken down. So sad to lose another Bruegger's.

We recently did a catering order from this location for 35 people and everything was FLAWLESS. They were more than willing to accommodate our specific requests, even when we had to make a couple changes the day before. They were on time, extremely kind, and awesome people. Everyone loved the Lunch Boxes that day, and we are definitely going to order for our next meeting!

I haven't really had a bad experience at any Bruegger's, but this is the one I go to most. The employees are always polite and seem to be in a good mood. It's a generally friendly place and has the only bagels in Minnesota that this further New Yorker can abide by.

I originally gave a one-star review (seen below) because I was very upset about my catering experience. Thankfully, however, Marie at Bagels Inc. reached out to me personally to apologize and to offer to make up for the mishap. Of course I was happy to give Bruegger's another chance. Things happen; I understand that. What's important is the follow up. And this time there were no hiccups! Our catering order was delivered yesterday morning on time and complete. I appreciate the company making this right and I will be glad to recommend Bruegger's in the future.

Due to "staffing issues" (Bruegger's unwillingness to pay their workers a living wage) catering orders can be taken, but not filled. DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM BREUGGER'S BAGELS.
On Monday 11/29 I placed an online catering order for 4 carafes of coffee. I was hosting an important board meeting for the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation and specified that the order be delivered by 7:15AM on 12/1. On the day of, as people were arriving, I noticed it was 7:19 and the delivery driver had not even called yet. I called Bruegger's and Andrew answered. He informed me that he was just finishing up making my order (IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ALREADY) and he didn't have anybody to bring it to me. He also told me he could see that DoorDash was not even en route yet. With tears in my eyes I frantically began calling around to see where else I could fill my order on such short notice. I made a mad dash to Panera and they were able to save the day. Although everything was late to the meeting, including me, Panera was a hit.
But then get this, two hours into the meeting Bruegger's called me and asked if I wanted my order. What??! No!!! "Oh, sorry about that." was the response I got. I didn't have time to deal with the situation at that moment as I was hosting the very important meeting that Bruegger's FAILED to accommodate. So the next day (yesterday) I emailed Bruegger's catering support to let them know the full extent of the damage and to also let them know that a simple apology is not enough. This isn't a situation where Bruegger's gets to just shrug their shoulders and say "whoops, no harm no foul. We won't charge your card." However, that's exactly the response I got from Kendra down at Bruegger's catering support. She literally cited "staffing issues" as if that's an acceptable answer. Newsflash Bruegger's Bagels, your "staffing issues" are not my problem. Kendra basically said that due to Bruegger's unwillingness to pay workers a fair wage, they are passing that inconvenience onto the customer as well.
This is not a good look for Bruegger's. I highly recommend anybody who has a catering event to AVOID BRUEGGER'S.
Go to Panera and say hi to Lisa and the gals. They are awesome!

Good food, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the store for folks who love bagels.

Delicious bagel sandwiches! The staff was friendly and it took a little longer than normal for the food to be ready because they were training a new employee. Everyone helping the new guy seemed so patient and helpful

Love the bagel with salmon, many sandwich choices, soups, and healthy drink options. Love their coffee. Hot fresh bagels all morning long. Wi-Fi, booths to have a small meeting, fast service.

Excellent and delicious bagels and sandwiches. Super friendly staff - Brendon is especially considerate and conscious.

Nice place to stop for coffee and snack while on a walk, good coffee and snack choices.

my favorite place, i got there late and the girls still let me eat. hardworking staff, delicious food, and friendly, i come back to brueggers because of the welcoming feeling and some workers always remembers my meals. very satisfied

Had breakfast here for first time. Great place with great variety of options to choose from. Del makes you feel welcome and he makes you want to come back for his exceptional service.
