uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I had a very nice experience having my screen replaced. Both technicians were friendly, helpful, and answered my questions. My phone was repaired faster than the time frame I was told. I would definitely refer them to others and would take any other items there that needed servicing.

The people working there were knowledgeable and polite, and generally helpful. The service itself was quick, within a week of first going there with my screen being broken the part was in and the repair itself only took a couple of hours. Over all very happy with services rendered

Initially getting the claim started was pretty frustrating. Asurion could not see the inventory at the Christiansburg location because screens for my phone are coded by color... they had a screen that would work but Asurion wouldn't start the claim because it wasn't for "my phone"....So Luke ordered the correct one. It came in and then they saw it in stock but in Roanoke 25 minutes away. Luckily Luke said that he could "transfer" the inventory to their store. He did and it got approved. The repair took about 2 hours and the phone is working great! Luke was very, very helpful during the process. Definitely use them!

I came in to the store today because I had a broken, shattered, glass camera cover on the back of my phone. No damage but the glass protector was breaking off into little shards. I tried to remove it myself but it proved very difficult to do and I didn’t want to risk damaging the actual camera. Alex greeted me when I walked in. He was able to remove the glass in a few minutes with no damage to my phone. I’m very appreciative of his help today! Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff! Thank you!

The workers here are extremely nice and efficient when helping you with your broken items! I walked in with a broken camera and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Would recommend to anyone needing any technological repairs!

Alex at ifixit in Christiansburg provided phenomenal customer service. He solved the issue that’s been plaguing my phone in just minutes. Fairly priced, convenient location. 100% would recommend.

They are authorized to do Samsung repair!!!! (I believe the only ones in Christiansburg/Blacksburg).

My Samsung S22 changing port was failing so I took it in for them to inspect - they made sure nothing else was wrong (as per Samsung guidelines for fixing phones), ordered the charging port, then texted me when it was in. They were flexible with what day I came (I didn't make an appointment), and 4 hours later, my phone now charges just fine. Cost was reasonable (a little over $100), and it was much cheaper than replacing the phone.

In the meantime, I bought a wireless charging pad from them. They didn't push it on me, I told them I was headed to Best Buy to buy the Samsung branded one (I destroyed my watch with a cheap charger), but given what the store does, I trusted their branded items.

One additional thing: everyone I interacted with was nice and PATIENT. when I was picking up my phone, the person in front of me was dropping off phone(s). When it was clear that the customer was not thrilled about the time, they explained why it takes time and came up with an alternative plan to make it so the customer is without their phone less time. This entire interaction was done via Google translate, and it would have been easy for them not to work with the customer, especially considering the extra language hurdle.

Definitely recommend for repairs.

Bryan was fantastic! I walked in just as the store was opening and he was ready to go, very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. He confirmed that he had all parts on hand and would be able to complete my repair within a few hours.
When I returned to pick up my phone Alex was very patiently working with another customer. I appreciated his advice and composure with a customer who was clearly upset.
My phone is in perfect condition, Alex gave me some recommendations for protecting my device, and I ready to go! He also confirmed that I had the information I needed to file an insurance claim.
Both Alex and Bryan were polite and helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Alex was so helpful and funny. He immediately fixed the issue with my phone which was frozen and even offered to help transfer my photos. I absolutely recommend uBreakiFix to anyone looking for assistance with tech.

Unfortunately, the motherboard was gone on my phone. The good news is that uBreakiFix reached out to Google to make sure they'd not overlooked anything. They hadn't. Ah well, I wanted a new phone anyhow!

Great service. I needed my phone screen repaired urgently and they fixed it within two hours and then some. Repaired my camera lens for a discount since they were already working on my phone and cleaned the charging port along with the speakers. It was a bit pricy all together but still reasonable if that makes sense. I highly recommend their services.
