Antonio is the owner, he's been there for 35 years. He's helping customers through his barred door because of the pandemic. I brought my son with his first little fishing rod to buy hooks and sinkers. We learned how to tie the knots and got a dose of grampa-type humor. Highly recommend. My buddy and I went to ocean state first no one answered this elderly Portuguese gentlemen said to follow him so we did he took us to this place the daughter took care of us and was helpful nor rude when we asked questions and they were very reasonably priced I will be going here alot more often I am glad this man showed us this place as I had never known it was there and they are open very early as well

I didn't make it at closing time but the owner opened his door for me to get replacement parts for my rod, he had everything after I visited 5 stores and marine shops which had nothing I needed.... Easy on and off the highway and will be my go to place from now on.

Awesome bait shop... its small and kind of in the cut but its like a hidden gem.... prices are great and the man working there (maybe the owner, idk) is cool... nice guy and very knowledgeable. Glad i found the place
