Kyle at the Hillsboro location was very very helpful in assisting me with trying to find the item I was in search of. He checked online, in the storeroom, multiple locations on the sales floor, and he even enlisted the help of coworkers. They searched three enormous bins. Kyle and his associates definitely went above and beyond to help me. Outstanding customer service!

I just had a great experience with the new young man working in the shoe section. He helped me find some awesome purple and brown Jordans!! Didn’t catch his name but he’s doing great.

I never leave reviews for corporate companies. However, we had an employee named Sebastian who was so friendly and helpful I felt the need to. He is brand new to the state and new to that location- sounds like he was relocated for his job. Sebastian was fun, friendly, and very helpful.

Nancy in the golf area was so kind and helpful!

Bought my kayak here very friendly helpful staff. They helped me load it on my car and set me free to the lakes of Oregon.

I had the pleasure of meeting Evan the fitness lead. I had a bike issue which required me to bring it in. I'm unable to enter stores due to a weaken immune system. He was understanding, kind and very sympathetic. Left my bike and it was ready when he said. I will continue to shop here.
All the employees i spoke to were amazing.

I went in looking for a product the website listed as available at this store. I could not find it anywhere on the sales floor, after asking for and not getting help from a clerk on the floor I asked at the checkout counter. Both clerks were extremely patient and helpful, especially Steven who went into the stockroom to look for what I wanted. I appreciated the extra service that I was given and won't hesitate to return to this store in the future.

Went there looking for a commercial canopy. They didn't have any in stock but the guy was super helpful and ordered us one online to pick up on Monday. Excellent customer service and really nice folks! Will definitely be returning to shop here. :)

They are open for contactless curbside pickup. They have ton of bikes and kayaks in stock right now. I ordered 2 bikes and a 2 man canoe. I got a notification it was ready for pickup 15 minutes later.

Well, it's a really nice place, but we couldn't find the sizes we were looking for!
I guess they're running low on stock just like thousands of other stores throughout the country.

Just like every Dick’s that I’ve visited, decent prices and large selection. Only one register open when I came through, but I didn’t have to wait. At least three employees approached me while I was shopping to offer assistance, which is nice.

Isabella was real sweet. W service. Just wish I could go back in time and show some enthusiasm to her. felt like a D having a straight face and showing no good energy. Please forgive me Isabella if you see this… I’m the guy who got the goggles around 5.

I went in looking for a knee sleeve. I ask two employees about my options. They both pointed me in the right direction. Ten minutes of comparison shopping later and I had one for $12.99.

Got great new sneakers! Best thing, they have a 60 day return policy even if they are worn. But you won't need it.

They have a bigger section dedicated to golf than they do to martial arts. Which is the only weird thing. A few members of staff are super knowledgeable. Others not so much.

Accomodating and nice. Not overpowering on sales. There to help out.

Hesitated going due to not wanting to pay full price for gym clothes but was pleasantly surprised with a super sale. Really got a lot for the price. Great selections!
