This is my favorite store I’ve ever walked into. I never walk out empty handed. This pharmacy always tends to my needs and has everything I am looking for. Employees are really nice and friendly and helpful. Amazing experience every time. Plus , the hours are super convenient for me as a night owl , the 24 hour schedule really fits well with my routine and allows me to take nightly shopping sprees at my ease and comfort and get all my stuff and shopping done when I am unavailable to do so during the day , it’s really nice to have around the clock access to this place especially when I need an emergency product at 3 am in the morning or don’t have time during daylight to pick up them up . Thank you for your time and service , you guys are awesome !!! Your shop is my garden of eden, and if I could id rate u guys a 1000000000000000 out of 10. Keep up the great duties and stay open for forever ! Lots of love and appreciation to all those who takes part in providing service for this station!

12:48am and still open, as promised on Google and the company website. I called the pharmacy before coming, she picked up almost immediately, and put me on hold for less than 2 minutes to take care of a previous customer. She answered my question of whether they had Sudafed available, and said I had until 1:30am before her half hour break. I came to the store to get it and she remembered me from the phone call. She was friendly and personable. I highly recommend this store for a late night pharmacy run.

Over night staff deserves recognition and proper due respect.
They are NOT cashiers. They are extremely knowledgeable , patient , and kind.
They work well out the bounds of their job descriptions.
Walgreens should not overlook this; but reward those fine accomplished , studious professionals

Pharmacy service above and beyond by courteous and proficient help. I just wish their automated filtering via telephone were equally as pleasurable.

Bad pharmacy service, wait more than 30 minutes with appointment, 5 people behind the counter, finally got my covid results after 4 days, when I called to check my results why takes more than 48 hrs they didn't know why was taking long, I found with different store they submitted my test the next day, when they should send the same day and I gave another chance and went back another day for prescription, I received an alert ready for pickup and again wait more than 30 minutes.

As of right now I’ve been on the phone for 47 minutes , they keep picking up the phone just to tell me to hold , after the first 30 minutes they just hung up the phone, called again , 17 more minutes of this until the PHARMACIST decided to answer on the most annoyed and rude tone to say how may I help you , I ask if the manger is available since I need to ask for a prescription I haven’t gotten in 4 weeks and I’m out of medication, he cuts me off to tell me they’re on vacation and he’s the pharmacist, I explain my situation and he says they don’t have the prescription on file , I proceed to start explaining what’s happening when he cuts me off and says “ uhuh, last name “ o the most rudest annoyed tone again , he looks up my file says again he doesn’t have it and I proceed again to tell them what’s going on , at this point it’s been already 50 minutes on the phone, I’ve been out of medication for 4 weeks , even tho Walgreens been sending texts that is ready for pick up , he said the best thing he can do is if I want to drive there he can give me enough medication till Monday until he can call my doctor tomorrow, when this medication is an antidepressant that takes 4-7 days to take effect, o say I’ll take the offer for now and he says “uhuh “ and hangs up , I hope you’re reading this because I’ve never written a complain so long and I never complain about anything because I work in the service industry and I understand the struggle but if you’re clearly not happy helping patients get medication they desperately need you should definitely rethink the field your working in or going to a different pharmacy that’s more your pace, I will definitely be switching pharmacies after this because I rather not have the option to a 24h pharmacy than deal with staff that’s rude , disrespectful and unhelpful , I know loosing a customer doesn’t hurt the business but looking at other reviews maybe think the service you’re providing specifically in the PM-Late PM day part, not only you make drive thru pharmacy customers wait 4 times longer than if you come inside but there’s always a problem with prescriptions in this location, again I hope whoever finally had the decency of answering the phone is reading this after it literally rung up for more than 100 times I bet you realized i wasn’t hanging up , anyways I hope you find some happiness in your life and treat people with respect and dignity and a little bit more kindness.

Once again I'm typing this review while now being on hold for 21 min and 19 sec without a human being speaking to me. I've recieved several automated calls that my RX is being held up do to an insurance issue. I've called corporate several times with nothing changing. This store is grossly understaffed and can not handle the large elderly community around it. They need to have the Loggers Run store stay open longer to help take the over flow as well as the one two blocks away at Glades rd. It's EXHAUSTING dealing w this location
