Love this place! I work and shop here. Amazing selection of herbs, incense, tea and so much more. Incredible staff as well!

Accidentally discovered this place with my son and boy was I glad I did. The owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND and spoke with us for about 2 hours. She's definitely passionate about her work and wasn't trying to push us out the door. My son and I originally were going for a nice Saturday night walk trying to find where some advertising lights were coming from, and although we never found out where the lights were coming from, we did find this hidden gem. LOTS to look at and try and got quite the education on a lot of products from the owner. Will definitely try and go back!

Fantastic knowledgeable staff that will help you and give you suggestions if you're new into looking into herbal supplements. Prices are reasonable, and fair for the market comparisons. It also holds a fair amount of fun knick knacks, as well as coffee/tea.

I've been a regular for about a year now, and I always feel comfortable and welcomed when I go there.

My husband and I came here to look around and get some incense. The parking lot was slippery, and when we came in the owner noticed and immediately put down ice melt so we wouldn’t slip on our way out. She was extremely friendly and took the time to have a conversation about different herbs and plants, and where they get their supply from. She also gave us a few free samples! The store was very well organized and had a wide selection of herbs and other metaphysical items. Our new favorite store!

I visited a couple of weeks ago looking for a cauldron and had questions about a few areas. Anna was so helpful! She and I discussed possible herbs and she ended up helping me create an herbal blend for my needs! Love love love her knowledge and care for my seeking. Will recommend frequently. Amazing shop, they are best in various incense, essential oils, herbs, spices, and flowers as well as the necessary equipment for making your own products (preservatives like citric acid, soy for candles, perfume bottles, balm containers, etc).

Update 2 months later: Wow!!! I cannot rave enough about this place. I frequently explore to discover a new herbal or witchy shop but have ended up visiting here epeatedly since my last review, and introduced the location to a variety of plant, herbal, witchy, and spiritual friends. This place is truly the best one stop shop HANDS DOWN. it goes particularly above & beyond in the realm of herbs, supplements, and craft making stuff. The owner is an experienced and informed herbalist. One of the employees is experienced in a variety of spiritual crafting, if you have any questions on spells and stuff.

I also highly recommend this place as a source of quality Kava & Kratom!

Finally: they make it a priority to network with local farms & and creators. More often than not, the herbs, candles, etc. you'd buy from here are from Washington, PNW or west coast. Any questions you have about the providers, just ask! All of the staff is extremely informative and helpful!

Also: if you love Kava, the owner is also opening a Kava bar in Seattle on Denny Way!! Ask her about it!! ☺

This Apothecary is so incredible that I don't know where to begin. Kratom, Kava, specialty herbs, teas, coffee, superfoods, medicinal mushrooms, sage, candles, incense, natural face and body care..and more, its all here! I was looking for an apothecary that sold herbs I needed for rituals and I found everything I needed here and some! I've been in several times since and really enjoyed speaking with Lauri, the owner. She's wonderful and will tell you all she knows about any product your curious knowing more about. It's impressive to see what she's been able to create despite opening during the pandemic just a few months ago. She takes necessary Covid precautions by wearing a mask and has hand sanitizer available.

If you're looking to elevate your well being and/or are struggling with anxiety/depression during this uncertain time, give Lauri a visit and see what she can do for you. She can make you a special tea/herb blend or recommend something like kava and kratom, which are both completely naturally derived that have helped me immensely alleviate emotional, mental and physical discomfort. Kava is a root from Fiji that is grounded into a powder and made into a drink which has sedative effects and kratom is a plant from SE Asia that helps reduce pain and emotional symptoms. Both of these have changed my life and I highly recommend them both as a possible alternative to pain killers, anti-depressants, etc. If you're looking for another way to take care of yourself and know theres something better out there for you than what you've been told, seriously go give Lauri a visit and see what your options might be :)

P.S- To my fellow witches, since one of the main apothecary's in Seattle has closed, she's now carrying more magic herbs for all your witchy needs.

They have a good variety of herbs, incense, candles, and other things. There are also unique items that make very good gifts. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I've been coming here for a few years now and can't recommend them enough.

Great little place. Lori really knows her stuff! Good prices, great variety. She will/can mix you up a blend specific to your needs!

I was looking for mullein leaf and stumbled on this gem. This place has an amazing selection of herbs and so many other things, including a cool spooky coffee brand with soooo many flavors! The owner and the assistant manager were very nice humble down to earth people and we even got a tour from the assistant because we walked in close to close when it was slower. Great apothecary shop.

Love this shop! Such awesome staff. I walked in and Athena offered me a tour, I have never been offered a tour of a shop before and it was great!!! They put so much care and attention to detail into the sourcing of their products which makes a world of difference especially in this type of shop. Really one of the best I've been in!!!!

This place I recommend to any type of people looking for herbs. It took so long to find a good place with decent prices. The customer service is extremely exceptional. Thank you.

I stopped in to pick up a smudge stick. I had no idea there were so many options. The two ladies working were very helpful and gave me some good tips. I went with their recommendation of white pine to cleanse my new place. It was perfect for us. Everyone in the house loves the smell, and it seems to clean the air nicely. I will definitely be back for more.

Amazing variety of products and all of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very also very good. I especially appreciate the amazing customer service I've reviewed from Athena and Lorraine, but all of the staff is great. I will definitely be back and recommend this business to anyone. They have such a wide variety of products available beyond what most apothecary stores cary you will find what you are looking for.

The woman working here is amazing, everything you could possibly need is found here and she strikes up an amazing conversation.

Great store with many items to suit quite a few needs. I appreciate the (albeit small) witchy section with some candles, incense, and oils, as well as the section of common herbs often solely used in witchcraft and other practices. Awesome in a pinch! The medicinal herbs are great too.

Great selection of quality herbs, crystals, soaps, coffee, tea, singing bowls, notebooks and more. Owner is so kind and helpful, and I loved hearing her story of how this apothecary got started. Our first visit was so pleasant, and I'm already looking forward to going back!

I love this store! They have a great selection of herbs which I have been using for tea and I found a great natural body wash there too. My husband loves their soap bars and I bought my mom 8+ different fragrances of incense (there was a huge selection but I had to control myself). I still need to go back for the coffee, sage smudges and candles.
