I don't use this CVS for any prescriptions and they didn't have an over the counter item I was looking for. Sure the location is good if you rely on the pharmacy. The next drugstore is further away, so I'm glad it's operating.

Don’t go for anything else than the basics. Do not expect a smile and don’t leave your kids out side if you don’t want exposure to cannabis smells or fentanyl drugees on the sidewalks. Appallingly run down area like the rest of Frisco center. What a shame!!!

The CVS is good but the lady pharmacist here is extremely rude and unfriendly! Always had a negative experience.

They are closed weekends and often out of stock, their delivery service has collapsed

Just called them to find out if they delivered prescriptions and guy on the other end of the line would only respond with "CVS charges for everything. We're the monopoly." I don't care about how CVS runs their business. I just needed to know if they offered delivery for prescriptions. Not a hard question, but apparently impossible for a CVS employee to answer.
I don't want to play chess with pigeons. So, on to the next.
How are these guys still in business??

I came to this pharmacy on a bike ride today cause I fell off the bike, asking for any recommendation to prevent likely pain and swelling that I thought I could expect once I get home and wind down. They made fun of my ask, told me not to fall the next time as preventive measure and referred me to the bandage section which was almost out on 6 out of 8 rows. Off to Walgreens.
