It was my first time at this location in Sunnyvale. The store was clean and organized. Saul and Kelly were very helpful and have excellent customer service. I will definitely come back when I need something for my car.

I recently purchased brakes for my car and had the pleasure of dealing with Saul for customer service. From start to finish, Saul provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.

My wife called me from Trader Joe’s parking lot saying her car would not start. After jump starting the car, I took it to Advanced Auto Parts in Sunnyvale, thinking it was the battery, alternator or starter, or worse yet, all 3. After a quick diagnostic check, Saul determined it was only the battery. Problem solved, what a relief. Saul was very friendly and helpful. I will go back to AAP anytime I need auto parts.

I came in for windshield wipers shortly before closing on a Sunday. Saul (I think?) greeted me right away and was happy to help me find the right wiper blades for my vehicle and budget. He indulged my many questions and offered some helpful tips on maintenance. Even though it was late, he didn’t hesitate to offer free installation as well — I didn’t even have to ask. 10/10 customer service

Saul at the Sunnyvale location went out of his way to help me out. he was very patient and kind through the whole return process. People like him are why i keep coming back. Thank Saul.

Nick was great he gave me all the info I needed to contact a specialist in analyzing my ‘63 Valant: he gave me 5 sources with links to mechanics along with hints on possible problems on correcting brake issues The result was I was able get my car started and brake fluid refilled - all at no cost and the experience trigger my memory on how to maintain the car that I haven’t worked on in 40 years !

All of these people are extremely nice and helpful. I was not even a customer and locked my keys in my car at the Safeway next door. And they all helped to assist me. Their General Mgr dialed the Roadside Assistance for me. And Rebecca's roommate mate did car service and he helped me to get into my vehicle. They saved the day for sure. I will come here due to these are truly nice people. I am a Veteran and this means a lot to me. Thank you for your help and kindness.

I came into the store panicked. My car key battery was dead, car door was jammed, and my cell was dead. The perfect storm. But Kelly was fantastic! She helped me get a new key battery and let me use her cellphone because I needed extra help. Thank you for your professionalism, generosity, and patience Kelly!

Bought the battery and have it installed here, the experience is great.

The staff were all very kind and Sebastian who helped me there was really helpful in determining the right fit battery for my car and replaced the old one efficiently.
